Hi all,got a problem with my HD.Ive tried installing application to view my PDF document in landscape view,installed GSen and gyrator 2 but every time i open an document and change to landscape mode by rotating the screen it went to the home screen.please help as i need to view my document and make it large in landscape so i dont strain my eyes viewing them.thank you all.

can i know the lifetime for the battery?

For me, average talk time about 30min/day; SMS about 20/day, bluetooth on all the time (very little usage on WiFi/GPS/DATA); 1500mah able to last 2 days 1 night.

Anyone here using got pinyin installed?

Using CE-STAR / PINYIN Input.



I'm using HK Momax 1500mah; The ori batt still in plastic wrap.

CE-STAR we need to download ourself, not the default software inside?

HK Momax? Where can i get this battery?

Depend 2ur purchase; Usually the 1st batch Touch HD is bundle with CE-Star.
If ur one is water (or so called AP or Overseas set), then u've to purchase separately.


Where else? eBay lar...

So if my package don't have CE-STAR, can i download from the net?

If not mistaken, PDA expert do sell Momax brand but HTC HD (Diamond one cost RM150) do not have yet.
But from below website, it seem that there is an issue with Momax brand.

If based on ur question, the answer is YES and NO.

YES => u always can download CE-STAR @ www.mobem.com/products/CE-Star.php
NO => HTC does not provide separate download fm HTC site, only bundle in CD.

So which one?

Any sifu here can teach me how to do the hard reset?

To perform a HTC Touch HD hard reset (2 ways to do it)

1) Easy way ;
Start --> Setting -->System, then click on "Clear Storage" , enter "1234", press "yes"

2) A little hard way (for me)
a) With the device turned off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons, then briefly press the
POWER button.
b) Continue pressing the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons until you see a message on the screen:
c) Release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
d) Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.

Hi, can someone provide me the links to download BlackBerry Connect Desktop Tool and Connect Client 4.0 for HTC TyTN II/ Touch Diamond/ Touch Pro/ Touch HD and HTC Touch HD ROM Upgrade (Asia). Not the official one because i can't download from there. I had key in the correct serial number but it still can't work.
