So for those who are already using Jasper. How long can you leave it on? 3 days; 5 days maybe? i got a lot of gaming catching up to do if i were to get the Jasper.

lol...i wont even dare to leave it on for no reason...wont wan to take the risk of shortening the lifespan..

i play for a few hours and i let it on while i goto sleep at night.. it will auto off 6 hours later

been doing it almost everyday.. touch wood.. still running fine so far

its a 3 weeks old jasper

download games la bro our tmnut so slow we have to leave our machines on long hours to complete the downloads.

not necessary games..

there is alot of stuffs online.. :-

game addon/updates/etc etc
game demos
arcade games
videos
etc etc

i search videos alot like to download new trailers and teasers.

i still sense fear among experienced users to leave jasper on for a very long period of time..

I had thought Jasper were to be my salvation, but instead it may be the other way around. When will van halen (Valhalla) descend from the skies? When the hell is MS going to fcuk'ing restore confidence towards its denizens, when will the light blanket over the dark? When can i admit to shooting the deputy instead of the sheriff.?

So i'll be waiting still to see whether the ring (3ROD) reaches mount doom, or will the pirates, i mean Sauron, prevail.

Ya, right, morning... my xbox360 just pass over 2 years n 8 month ad... now only the dvd-rom a bit out of control... i think my xbox360 will be the most oldest xbo360 in lowyat forum soon.....

Hoho, I'm using falcon only and I dare to leave it on for 3 months to download a lot of junk from XBL when I 1st got it and it dies with 3RRoD 8 months later.

Claim process around 2 weeks and now it's up again. with an additional DIY exhaust fan. so far so good.

I do expect it might die again.

So far my replacement machine already showing a scorched mark at the bottom heat spot and it still never crashed.

Need your advice..Do you think i should wait for the Jasper 60GB pro or should i just go with the current 60GB Falcon? FYI i'm considering the unmodded version.

For me it doesn't matter.

But some ppl might think of get the latest revision forthe same price. it's up to you.

Of cos you better wait for JASPER 60GB PRO... The current Falcon still has quite a high rate of getting RROD. If you wanna risk your money, you're free to do so

But i thought ms gives warranty for their xbox? and the warranty seems long from what i've heard. Up to 3 years if i'm not mistaken. So if the falcon set gets RROD during this period they will just give out a new one right?

u dun want the hassle of RMAing the console
