That one is not Jasper. It was claimed that it's a Jasper way before those guys at xbox scene actually opened up their new 360s and confirmed the status.

I thought the Jaspers that have been verified so far have manufacturing dates of October 08 onwards? I don't think it's August. My Falcon is 24/8/08.

I believe it was just an honest mistake since some people on the net (in foreign forums, and I believe some sites did pick up the story) did say that those 60GB sets from certain dates are Jasper.

eh djinn, what's the longest survival rate of the xenon/zephyrs that you have so far?

as for the zepyhrs.. they are quite a handful still surviving... but lately this month. I got a bunch of them doing RMA and repairs.

Falcon have a few as well.. revision 1.. not revision 2.

Guess what? My friend still has a surviving Xenon, bought from you (along with me and another friend, both of us 3ROD already) way back in Dec 2006. Not even signs of 3ROD. But he rarely plays the console, even when he does it'd only be about 1 hour max.
Oh and he's still using the default dashboard. sweat.gif

I have yet to come across a reported case of Jasper 3ROD, at least on the net. It's still too early to come up with the figures since it's barely 2 months since Jasper was released. 6 months would be more appropriate.

It was posted a while back that some people in the US bought Jasper units (with built in memory) with 175w power bricks. Not many, but it was reported nonetheless.

Falcon with built-in memory? You sure about that?

It's like when the earlier Falcons were released. Some of the units came with a 205w power brick.
