any one know CF obtain for block C and D together or separately? If separately may be can get the key on time.

good evening everyone.i am one of the owner at phase 2.i went to the office today morning after almost 3 years since i bought it bacause i need to clarified on the delivery date of my unit.the front desk told me on june.i ask her to ask someone from the office to explain the situation for me.a malay gal came out n tell me that everything gona be rdy on may. i requested to speak to the project manager mr dino but he is not around.i will go there again next week.i will keep u guys update.by the way.anyonw had any idea how much we can claim from them per day if they dailed to deliver within 36 months ?

I also called up KK and spoke to Juliana on last Friday. She said will be completed by end of May or earlier

their contractors need to handover their job latest by end of feb.base on one of their sub con

may i know completed mean they will handover key to owner or building completed without cf but attempt to get cf.

Yes is follow S&P signed date. That why this developer very clever they always postpone sign the S&P even you make the booking. I think this now also happen to thier other newly launch project.

very sad to know that this project is going to delay. the most important thing i care is when can the developer obtain the cf. to get the cf isnot in 1 or 2days or 2weeks. something it need 3 months to obtain the cf. although they are able to release the key to purchasers n this doesn't mean we can move in immediately.

I'm one of the owner for block D. Met up with Project Executive Dino Chun last month together with another owner of block D, to see the kitchen cabinet design. I was ok with the design la. The air-cond they gonna give is confirm York brand.

Dino showed the drawings. as a matter of fact, I did notice from the drawings there are additional power plug points. Dino said it is to protect the developer. anyway if you need to see him, better make appointment earlier, he ALWAYS BUSY !!!!

protect developer! dont believe it too much as this is a part of marketing strategy. always bluff ppl who dont know well in this area.

went to the site yesterday, meet with 1 of the people there. they said estimated around May, but cant confirm.

Anyway, i saw Block C already start painting, but the frame and windows not up yet...

Do we have any owner list for Block C and D ? wanto create a FB group for this ?
