Hi, i am interested in Koi Kinrara, is it very noise during factory working hour and always smelly due to plastic burning?

All koi kinrara owner,
I interested at koi kinrara block B, go there a few times, feel ok & slient, enviroment not bad.. quite like it. However, I saw the previous comments mentioned that koi are always smelly & noisy due to factory beside koi. (especially block A) Is it true? Is it happen every day? By the way, what type of factory that located infront of Block B, KLCC view. Thank you very much.
