QUOTE(rainie1284 @ Feb 22 2011, 08:46 PM) guys, lets say if i have a trading acc at company A. can i still open another online trading acc at Company B? Yes you can. As you will be having 2 different Ac n CDs no for the 2 companies ( you can even open with 3 or more companies). However do make sure when you sell the shares it is from that particular company you keep the shares.Normally people just maintain 1 or 2 Ac in different company to have better control and record keeping purposes hope this help Added on February 23, 2011, 7:41 am QUOTE(yhtan @ Feb 22 2011, 11:57 PM) i disable all the while, when pop out it will show mmm... The method suggested by David should work. What seems to be The problem???!1)Select Bank and key in amount 2)Confirm the amount bank in and insert trading pin i'm stuck there, despite click so many times and it doesn't have any response Normally my clients will bring in their laptop and I will guide them steps by steps to do the edeposit, it should be pretty straight forward. Have you try using another laptop or pc to do the edeposit? Check with your Remisier/ dealer see whether he can help. I know it is frustrating with this technical issues but trust me all problems can be solved, else it will not be a problem! Good luck my friend This post has been edited by Remng: Mar 28 2011, 12:26 PM |

I used to have this problem, but when I call CS and it got sorted. Check your security setting for your browser, some browser do not allow you to be forwarded to another site, also some firewall also can be problematic. If you have pop up blocker, the pop up at iTrade still works, but the e-banking website might not. FYI, i tried IE, Firefox and Chrome and all got the same result, i am sure i didn't block pop out if not it would not appear as the picture above After you enter the amount, the log in page for your e-banking will come in another tab. Log in normally and transfer. This post has been edited by gark: Feb 23 2011, 04:59 PM |
