guys, lets say if i have a trading acc at company A. can i still open another online trading acc at Company B?

quite disappointed with withdrawals from cimb.. 3 to 4 working days processing.. but on 2nd working day the amount removed from my trust account and 3rd day still not in my bloody bank acc!!!!!!
