QUOTE(Remng @ Feb 23 2011, 07:35 AM) Yes you can. As you will be having 2 different Ac n CDs no for the 2 companies ( you can even open with 3 or more companies). However do make sure when you sell the shares it is from that particular company you keep the shares. [attachmentid=2057226]Normally people just maintain 1 or 2 Ac in different company to have better control and record keeping purposes hope this help Added on February 23, 2011, 7:41 am mmm... The method suggested by David should work. What seems to be The problem???! Normally my clients will bring in their laptop and I will guide them steps by steps to do the edeposit, it should be pretty straight forward. Have you try using another laptop or pc to do the edeposit? Check with your Remisier/ dealer see whether he can help. If you need my help I can email the pictorial guide I prepare for my clients to see whether you missed out any important steps. I know it is frustrating with this technical issues but trust me all problems can be solved, else it will not be a problem! Good luck my friend [attachmentid=2057229] [attachmentid=2057232] This is the step i tried, it stop when i proceed after 3rd step(after i key in trading pin), mind to elaborate further more? FYI, i tried IE, Firefox and Chrome and all got the same result, i am sure i didn't block pop out if not it would not appear as the picture above This post has been edited by yhtan: Feb 23 2011, 09:52 AM |

QUOTE(gark @ Feb 23 2011, 04:53 PM) I used to have this problem, but when I call CS and it got sorted. Check your security setting for your browser, some browser do not allow you to be forwarded to another site, also some firewall also can be problematic. If you have pop up blocker, the pop up at iTrade still works, but the e-banking website might not. that is where i stuck most of the timen After you enter the amount, the log in page for your e-banking will come in another tab. Log in normally and transfer. security setting set to the lowest, cache and cookies all clear and it still the same, no pop out available |
