Anyone can access e-settlement on I Trade platform? It keeps giving me error when I try to access, asked my dealer and he mentioned that must download the I Trade Pro software, but mine already expired, does it means we must pay? hmm.gif

No problems with mine. Pops up as usual but I haven't got any contracts due so I can't verify if the payment will go through.

They advised us to use E-Deposit instead, means we have no other means of checking our balance, unless call to dealer..

Just opened an account with Itrade, so much problems. My account in Cimb Clicks has disappeared. FU*K, so much money inside cannot even see the account details. I'm not sure just what is going on on their side. Going to try and call them later and confirm, this is just so f***ed up.

Settlement cannot see, the brokerage supposed to be RM8.88 or 0.42%, but their charging me 0.7%. I can't even check the balance in my account.

Yes they are having some issues with the E-Settlement, regarding the brokerage fees, its correct@0.42% but in the system its 0.7%, no worries you will receive a statement few days after you trade, it will specify the actual charges.. smile.gif

Even E-deposit go problem. That day I was confused when I saw my due was paid but my dealer told me still got outstanding. Now I rather put more money into the account. What are their interest rate like? Seem quite high to me

I've just paid on Friday using E-settlement.
The money has been debited from my bank account so I suppose its working fine.
Gonna double check on Monday just in case.

The interest rate is about 1.++% only I think.

Yes, there really is a problem with their e-settlement. Paid but e-settlement showed that the transaction had failed.
However a quick email to them cleared things up so in the end, my outstanding has been settled although e-settlement says otherwise.

You're right RM1.00 per RM1000 for STAMP DUTY

To be exact, for purchase of shares in Bursa Malaysia:

When you buy a shares say, 1000 shares at 1.10

your cost will be:

Rm 1,100 plus:

i) brokerage RM8.88 ( for Cimb click traders a/c, and 0.42% for itrade)
ii) Stamp duty of RM 1 for RM 1000 or part of ( if 1,000 up to 2000 it will be RM 2 ), so for this example Rm 1,100 will be charged RM 2, If the purchase is bigger then the maximum Stamp Duty charged is RM200
iii) Clearing fees = 0.03% x 1,100 = RM 0.33

So your total cost = Rm 1,100 + 8.88 + 2 + 0.33

= RM 1,111.21 ( for Sell, just minus all these from the RM1,100)

Hope this helps smile.gif
