1) email them and tell them to bank in the money into your bank account
personally i just give them my bank account no and instruct them to credit the proceeds into my acc

2) i think the interest is about 2% (no official figures though)
interest is credited into your trust acc

Don't be quick to judge a company based on how long it takes to open a CDS account. (Unless of course they take a very long time to open it, then you should be consider other companies)

That can't be right. If they're going to force us to cough up RM168 per month then we might as well just switch brokers who don't charge for using their platform.

They should just give all of us 1 month of free usage for itradepro so that we can decide whether or not its worth subscribe to or at least a 1 week trial.

All it says is that it gives you access to extra charts.

I've just paid on Friday using E-settlement.
The money has been debited from my bank account so I suppose its working fine.
Gonna double check on Monday just in case.


The interest rate is about 1.++% only I think.

Yes, there really is a problem with their e-settlement. Paid but e-settlement showed that the transaction had failed.
However a quick email to them cleared things up so in the end, my outstanding has been settled although e-settlement says otherwise.

I think there's a timeout timer. Probably built in as an added security feature but extremely annoying especially when you're seeing a buying opportunity flashing in front of your eyes.
