what i can tell you guys is, at this time of recession, summore now it's towards year end...try not to buy above the 500 limit.

i mean come on..look at my case...ONE measly title also kena tahan. they cannot tax me, so they give it to FINAS, where they did nothing at all (fact which i'm thankful for) for 3 weeks before releasing my title (fact which i'm pissed off).

so, just try to follow the proper channels...go into stealth mode or whatever.

bulk safely guys. I quote that Russian dude from TDK - "Theeezz dawwggs...arrrrrre honnggggreehhh!!" shakehead.gif

Hello,

I attempted to cancel your order, but I wasn't able to because it's already entered the shipping process. It's expected to arrive between December 29, 2008 - January 20, 2009.

When the items you order are in stock, we'll often start the shipping process shortly after receiving your order.

If you still don't want the item when it arrives, please refuse the shipment. The package will be returned to us, and we'll issue a full refund when we process the return.

Refusing the shipment allows you to return it without having to pay for return shipping.

If the package is delivered by U.S. Mail, simply write "Refused - return to sender" on the unopened box and leave it for your postal carrier to pick up. For other delivery services, please contact the carrier for instructions on refusing a package. You can find contact information for all of our carriers on our Help pages:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/dis...l?nodeId=468530

I'm sorry I was not able to cancel your order. We hope to see you again soon.

Please let us know if this e-mail resolved your question:

Anyone has experience in refusing the shipment before??
Do we have to pay the the postal carrier for the return, Amazoo asks us to us their carrier, so we cannot ask our beloved postman to send back right??
How do we know if Amazoo has received the refused goods? They will not refund us if they did not receive, right??
Why dont they just compensate us the price difference, stupid Amazoo!!! rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

you used standard or courier?

standard, i'm not sure how the policy is like. but for courier, if DHL, it's gonna be a pain..depending on who you talk to.

i was pissed off with DHL cos they had different rules...one said return to amazon was simple, just let DHL know, they send to amazon, we click return an item on amazon.com, and amazon will bear the costs.

another person said, you have to have black and white, this letter, that letter, signed by bla bla bla, then only can return. so depends on your situation la.

not sure about postal though. not to be pessimistic or what, but knowing our beloved government, expect a simple process to be a b****. mad.gif

anyway, i didnt wait for them to reply the 2nd email.....i called them.

well..in my case...i wanted to cancel and re-order because the prices dropped within the same day. so they offerred to refund me the difference....and after that i emailed them again.....told them...how come i need to call you guys.....that gave me another USD5 rebate.

Calm down bro, you've been calling stupid Amazon almost 10 times already. Everything have rules, we have to respect that. Be thankful, without Amazon I don't know how we could've continue our hobby, not with Speedy for sure. The fact that you can return and refund is already a rare thing in Malaysia, consumer rights almost never exists.

Amazon's customer service is the best I've ever experienced.

I suggest you download the BD rips, can still get 1080p or at least 720p, with Dolby Digital 5.1 640kbps audio. Can save some money and still get to watch in HD. biggrin.gif whistling.gif

UK is region B, you must check the titles to make sure it's region free, otherwise it will only play on EU PS3/BD players. Mosts Warner titles are region free, but almost all titles from Fox are not. So it depends. For UK titles, check the region of the discs here:
