yes...BoB is that good. if you can get through the 1st episode......1st episode a bit slow.....and i wish they made more than 10 episodes.

i have been watching some of the episodes and then re-watch them with the 'in-field guide with easy company' thing which has plenty of facts regarding the episodes....those are very informational. so...there are people (like me) who watched the special features.

think you can remove that flap..

yes, its lockable...but there are instances where the 'lock' broke....so i removed the flap entirely

those hacked units are about 1.5x as much as the normal units.

as of today, sony s350 is selling around 240euro....

i was looking at those DIY chips they sell..at abt 69 to 89euro depending on the model, the one for sony it indicates skill level 7 needed (insanely hard).

bd35 on amazon uk is 220gbp....modded one is almost twice as much.

i am contemplating if i need to get it modded....because european players are region B and my ps3 is region A.....so basically i shouldnt worry abt where to source the bd. i forgot to check if the sony player's power cable are detachable or not.......those UK 3 prong plugs are damn bulky

check the skill level needed to mod these players if you're intending to get the Chip kit......some of them are rated at 'insanely difficult'

also, although bluraymod claims that it will pass the FW update and such....no one really know if any of the future FW will brick the unit or not.

by the way, want to hear your opinions on this, which would one you get, if the price is abt the same?.....the sony bdp-s350 or the panasonic dmp-bd35?
