thanks for comparing mattress of RM1500 with mattress of RM5500

It is only RM 2.1k, that's what makes me took up the offer... but for the features, I wondered how true the sales talk are

Just tell the shop name so other forummers will be more cautious when purchasing things from them.

Most sales person will have their target to clear some stocks that are difficult to push to customers. So, they will do some promo and bring up all the advantages the product has and make customer move towards the recommended item.

Example...
I had this experience before in one of the electrical shops in SS2. I walked into the big shop asking for Toshiba LCD TV. The sales guy keeps on pushing so much on Sharp Aquos LCD and always mention the bad story about Toshiba and I already know he was talking crap. I walked off straight away as I know what I actually want. Soon, I found out that they get more rebates (their next purchase from supplier) from Sharp if they manage to push the items out in certain target quantity.

You guys can think about it...

just go to harvey norman, and try to find englander mattress less than 5k for king size

You can try MFO instead of Harvey Norman

Any comments on Englander - Lagenda?
Queen size RM999 worth it?

I was checking at MFO,Subang Jaya.Who said is cheap or so called Factory Outlet.There price over there is more expensive then normal road side wardrobe shop.Lucky i didnt buy from MFO,if not i would have wasted nearly rm300-400.I went to perabot shop next to Everyday Foodcourt,Puchong(Same row with EON/SP Setia,Puchong Jaya,opposite Maybank/Nissan Puchong Jaya.It is cheaper by 300-400.
I havent buy any mattress yet,but i'm looking for at least 11'' or 12'' queen mattress.Location:Puchong,Old Klang Road.Seri Petaling.
Anyone can recommend and sales person or mattress shop who can give reasonable price?

Yeah, I totally agree, the MFO outlet at Section 19 PJ also the same. Salesman very pushy and always mentioned that they have the best price

My location is PJ and usually, I test those mattress @ places like MFO. Once decided, I go to nearby smaller shops (seapark public bank) to ask for price and grab from there. Some small shops may not have the stock, but they can order and deliver to you at the price much cheaper than MFO.

i think that goes to alot of other stuff as well - check out products at big stores/showrooms/exhibitions then buy from small stores for better pricing

i wud totally agree with both of u...after reading about the best price for KK MAHARAJA, and headboard+divan,i just went to a few small furniture shops around kota damansara and i got the exact price quoted here in the forum. No need to go far.. just ask whether they can give u the price or not.. if cannot, just get out and search somewhere else... simple as that.

by da way i went to The BOTTLE DESIGN shop (in JINJANG UTARA) all the way there, as 2 forumers said that they got KK MAHARAJA for 1499 n the headboard set for 599. Yesterday, the salesgirl gave me KK MAhArAjA for RM1699 n gdnite divan + headboard for RM799...... Tried to bargain but she wont budge! another 'sakit hati' incident!

I went to SLEEP FACTORY at The Atria shopping mall last weekend, n the guy keep on promoting the SILENTNIGHT ROUSSEAU (i think this is how it was spell). Price 3100 only for the mattress that feels something like Residency XL. want to chop me lorrr.. also saying that i cant get that price for memory foam blahblahblah... dont know whether it is true having memory foam or not!

what is the best price we can get for KK MAHARAJA, and headboard+divan? kindly advise, thanks!

hi, if u read the thread here... one of the forumer ANTIVIRUZ is selling the king size KK MAHARAJA for RM1480...the divan n headboard, i got at rm500 at a small shop in seksyn 6 kota damasnsara... a simple one, MIDORI brand... (NOT yet bought so do not know the quality wise.. buy that is the price the salesman quoted for me....
