No probs. I didn't do anything but relate my experience. Nevertheless fantastic! So glad it worked out for you and fast too. Did the Applecare guys do it on the spot for you? Or did they have someone from the SG office call you? No need to pay for couriering the old one back to them right?

I wonder what would have happened if it had been a HP or Dell or Acer. Though I expect Dell to have comparable customer service.

They ask me place new order first,later around 6pm they call back for the order number.
About the courier fee,i not sure. Lol

What are the major difference between hi-res glossy and regular glossy screen?

Do they improve in graphic while gaming?
Do they improve in colors?

Depends, most come from their factory in China, but some comes from their warehouse in Singapore.

stock models comes from SG most of the time.
CTO comes from China Factory

Same here estimated 27, must be the holiday delay it.
Pretty sure getting mine on Monday though, the shipment only arrived at DHL facility today. =\
