Hi there, if I want to buy a macbook pro through the online line store and get an educational price do they provide 0% installment plan? If no is it I'll need to call the bank and discuss with them? Will they approve it?

i think Apple have to report these cases to DHL.
sometimes its not about money matter but the urgency of needing the product

But sometimes it's not DHL's fault. Like for my MBP shipment, it got held up in customs at Subang Airport for over a week. Called Apple up, got a $100 rebate.
