i think it is bug! it sometimes happen also but very seldom. even got enuff memory also happen b4. what i do is i got the above msg, i soft reset it. then it works fine.

u know what.....its exactly the same with mine.....and thats not dirt, thats actually the glue that sticks the IS to the phone....and it will peel....trust me...

its perfect only after u have just applied it.

Talked to tan_alliance. said he will do the warranty claims for me for RM10. Gonna exchange mine next week.

yes....you would have to register....but the thing is that....they dont make much fuss...i just told them about it and they said ok. they give me a replacement. just have to pay for postage. Condition is that i send them back the old shield once i receive the new one.

wish malaysian companies were like that.....lolz...here they would ask you to prove that it is not your fault first...any small clause u violate....thats it....no warranty.

did anyone know that now HK1 firmware auto locks the phone after some inactivity? is there any solution to disable the auto lock features?

how's the ROM so far?

Just flashed ROM from HJ1 to HK1. HK1 frees Storage Memory by about 7 MB.

hey i just got the omnia but i tried to update the ROM from page 1 but when i tried to install it, it fails when it reaches the 4th file. anyone know y?

I believe the current Official Omnia ROM HH3 requires you to install the Modem Driver first.

where can i get it?

A few weeks ago it was at Samsung site together with the HH3 ROM. When the HJ1 ROM was made available at their site the Modem Driver was no longer required. When they suddenly withdrew the HJ1 ROM and replaced it with the HH3 ROM, they did not include the Modem Driver.

I have the driver but am not sure if I am allowed to post it here. Try googling for it.

rom from hellfire~ so far a lot better than J1 in terms of screen sensitivity and wifi signal and battery life, so far been running for 10 days, no problem at all never hang ever since i updated to HK1

I have flashed to HJ1 but found that the word completion in messaging does not work anymore. Anyone with this problem and is there a way to correct this?
