i seen the how to do it pics..but still a bit scared.... thats why i dont dare do 40 -50 kgs.... |

Shoulders Military press 80lbs x 3 x 5reps -Smith machine Upright rows 75lbs x 3 x 5reps Bent over laterals 30lbs x 2 x 5reps Dumbbell shrugs 65lbs x 3 x 5reps Strained back when doing MP, couldn't concentrate on the other exercises, hence the reduced poundages... |

Don't worry, once you get the technique down with proper form, you can start adding the weight quite fast. Last week was the first time I added deadlifts to my back routine, around 35kg I think. Yesterday I did 40kg and then on the 3rd and 4th set could still do 45kgs. The pump and tightness you get in your lower back is the best feeling ever!! |
