you will be able to deadlift more than 225pound

currently i can dl 100kg after 5month of training, start slowly, and way to glory!! biggrin.gif

ok, back to topic...1st week of rippetoe workout will give your a huge pain if you never done deadlift or squat before
but coming week you will recover damn fast!
you will amazed how your body adapt to that damn poundage biggrin.gif
and you will love squat and deadlift
