Hammer curls: 40lbs x 2 x 5 reps
Preacher curls: 90lbs x 1 x 6 reps -Machine preacher curls
Weighted tricep variation dips: BW + 25lbs x 2 x 4 reps -Seated machine dips
Abs

i got stuck on the poundages already...cant increase anymore...in rippetoe, you need to up the weights every workout
