225lbs?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!? *died*... u wear the belt right?
im a bit scared to deadlift heavy..... there was this guy who was deadlifting 200++ pounds.... then 3rd set suddenly just sit down.....had to bring to hospital...sad....

follow rippetoe program for 3-5month
you will be able to deadlift more than 225pound

currently i can dl 100kg after 5month of training, start slowly, and way to glory!! biggrin.gif

just go get the rippetoe faq, google it and read and start.. no need wat get used bla bla bla...just start to hit the F iron laugh.gif

i myself went for rippetoes workout but it lasted only 2.5 months as i was stalling already...

if you wanna try it, i guess you can ask many of the forumers here in lyn...i see many are doing this program...

Barbell curls: 80lbs x 2 x 5reps
Hammer curls: 40lbs x 2 x 5 reps
Preacher curls: 90lbs x 1 x 6 reps -Machine preacher curls
Weighted tricep variation dips: BW + 25lbs x 2 x 4 reps -Seated machine dips
Abs

hmm...my meals this week will be full of win...

i got stuck on the poundages already...cant increase anymore...in rippetoe, you need to up the weights every workout rclxub.gif

i know..a bit insane right...besides..my program is for whole body strength and fitness..not bulking like psycho...i am currently writing up a program focussed on these exercises... deadlift, squats , and rows......

a lot of literature recommends compound..so i wanna try it...

read a lot of stuff from t-nation ..so im adapting from here there n everywhere....

yes for starters a little bit hard, you read here and there and try to gather info here and there....once you get used to it...then its no problem...

when i started last time, i dont have internet or computer at home, i need to visit bookshops everytime to read up some training tips...no money to buy the books sad.gif

ya...now i hvnt gotten my optimal program....that can suite my lifestly as well as timeframe....

i can work hard..but the eating ...i can only do so much la...

because of that...i am reading up all articles that i can find...
i dont really wanna do ripptoe now coz my intercollege basketball tourney coming up....cant afford any injury now....not only injury..muscle fatigue also will surely screw my game up....aih....


so i hv to be careful a bit....maybe in a month once all of that is over.ehhehehehe smile.gif
