Entering week 5, its time to change things up.
I missed back exercise yesterday, so I did some today.

Hack squats 320lbs x 3 x 5reps
Lunges 30lbs x 2 x 5reps
Leg curls 167lbs x 3 x 5reps
Machine calf raise 220lbs x 3 x 5reps

Pull ups BW x 3 x 5reps
Machine rows 125lbs x 3 x 5reps

Incline curls 25lbs x 1 x 5reps
Triceps kickback 35lbs x 2 x 5reps
Overhead triceps dumbbell extension 40lbs x 2 x 5reps
Reverse triceps cable pushdowns 28lbs x 1 x 6 reps

Missed the abs today as I was running late for class. In before the banhammer. I may be off for a few days. Some shithead reported me for spam I think.

neways, i do have warm up sets, i do about 4 sets for warm up using lighter weights...just that im too lazy to put them up here lol...

Yes, I'm on HVT now, the pump and fatigue level I get is awesome lolz.
OVT is as great but HVT is greater, I need some changes in term of volume and intensity for growth which offer by HVT. Both of them are different routine.
