For those who interested to know how thick face the local biggest ISP is... Do read this reply after weeks of complaits... They still treat it as nothing wrong.
They still think unable to access major websites and unable to access basic e-mails are normal because of thier larger customers based
And all online gaming and video conferences are completely impossible.... but they still put on thier advertisement.... Hahaha....
They really thick face... always think nothing wrong.
Just for sharing on how thick face Malaysia biggest ISP is....

Subject: Re: Terrible Internet Experince with Streamyx
Hi,
It is been a while since I last heard anything from TM. The last action point is on last Wednesday where thier technian named Hary replace some card and change port for me, which he admit it will not help the situation.
Can I know if it is right for TM just drag the case as usual without reply nor updating thier customers? Or they can simply ignore all complaits?
I also suggest TM to change all its misleading advertisement nationwide including its streamyx.com webpage. The misleading advertisement stated streamyx is good for online gaming without lag, which in real life are completely impossible since July. It also mention on casual browsing where most website are super slow or inaccessible. Friendster or facebook is working, but with much slower speed, which certainly is not a good experince. It also mention on rich media such as downloading music or video streaming, which again no longer works. Most video streaming websites are no longer working under streamyx. Even a basic MSN/SkyPe video conferencing no longer works.

http://www.streamyx.com/why_streamyx/why_s...p?id=experienceIf TM refuse to fix thier own problems, they should not carry thier previous advertisement that will mislead customer to pay and cannot get the service. I myself is a one of the many victim here.
By the way, on 9:25pm, 10 November, from the call center supervisor named Dahesh mentioned that due to TM fair usage policy, video conferencing and online gaming fall into P2P application, thus it is not support by TM. So even TM own call center supervisor also?claim TM not supporting them. If you wanted to confirm, TM can trace from the IVR recorded wave file on the exact time that I had mentioned. The prove is there.
