actually twice i felt like this.
back in few years ago (384/512) era,
subscribed 512 but got 384, luckily early to notice that and complaint
now, my 2nd subscription of streamyx, applied 1mbps but got 512kbps, still in progress, the tmnuts staff contacted me a few times today, hope they gonna settle this a.s.a.p
