i had been cheat by screamyx 5 years....when i apply for screamyx , it state 1mbps.

but in this 5 years i never enjoy full speed before and i felt myself is getting 512 or even lowest day by day.

i pay the expensive bills on time monthly and i enjoying slowest ISP all the time.

it is "malaysian" fate T_T?

Anyway... Just now the one came from ISI department and confirm the issue with thier own modem and laptop... He can talk nicely and admit the problem...

I am kind to surprise that TM actually still got some human working there.... shocking.gif

Thus it is wrong to say everyone working in TM are monkey... We know thier CEO is orang utan, but I believe there are still few humans there... I just saw one. biggrin.gif

Cheated of course! Whoever says otherwise either have some self-vested interest or works in that company that provides downright horrible broadband service for the most if not all of their customers.

They should seriously consider channeling all that money they spent on hardware and/or software to throttle our bandwidth instead to upgrade their infrastructure (buy better switches, routers, servers, etc.) to accomodate for the increased traffic. What is the point of the many nationwide promotions of their broadband service but the company cannot technically support the subscriptions without greatly sacrificing service quality?

i dont wan keep complain la...they really worseeeeeee

i no energy SS and email them n get the call and wait them to come my home...

and wait them do those things...they keep tot is my house internal wiring problem but i told them NO NO NO N ON ON O NOT MY SIDE PROBLEM they still don believe

i tell them if it is my side problem how come night 8pm only start worse...

then they said this technical stuff cant predict one bla bla bla bla ...

duh....i dowan to explain la...lazy

and since my problem start my neighbour also facing the same problem bck to FEB 2008

but telling them this they also like repeat the same thing to me.. doh.gif

I also believe some members here are related to TMNUT in a way...

Anyway, I do 100% agree that rather than wasting stupid efforts on throttling that cause the slow down to everything, they should use the same money to improve on thier quality.

I had also repeated my statement that it is not my local line issue dunno how many times... And today repeated again... And the 'human' confirm my SnR very good and repeated all my problems, doing screen captures, saying he will compile report and update me.... rclxub.gif

Ask them to check you verba complaint to 100 also and any complait history you made.

Common cases:
1. Subscribe 1Mbps but only get 512Kbps package, most ppl don't know about it and pay more than the service u get.(i experienced this when i just start using streamyx)
2. Subscribe Rm77 1Mbps +free modem (they said it's promotion for Rm88)- this is fake 1...
First..now 512Kbps downspeed can reach 800Kbps (actually is 1Mbps if calculate with 80% effectiveness. So, THE SPEED U GET IS 1MBps but NOT RM88 promo package.) My friend experienced this and just know it yesterday rclxub.gif after he subscribed for 1Year 10Months till now.. i think if my fren complain to them, sure they will play taichi with him shakehead.gif
I'm using RM88 package with downspeed 1600Kbps (more like 2Mbps with 80% effectiveness)

brothers and sisters outhere .. remember the "tech" of streamyx ... is using .... the last mile of cooper wire ...!!!

and the abuses of our local user ... when given 1 mbs .. they want more then 1 mbs ... so .. this is human nature laaah...

and many many of us ... forget / refuse to read the "term and condition " of the contract ....

so what is this survey going to serve the point ....
