It is a survey to find out how many members here actually felt being cheated by TM-NET.

I know such survey might sound ridiculors to other people in other country as TM-NET is our nation largest ISP that has the most subscribers. There were no such complaits among StarHub, SingTel users in Singapore, so how could it got problem in Malaysia? hmm.gif

Thus I hope such survey can satisticly proven the points... Maybe those claiming to be cheated is just a small portion of the subscribers... brows.gif

Probably. But at least not as much. I bet almost 95% of the TMnutless customers complain (or feel cheated but lazy to complain).

There are tons of complains to Singtel especially, you should at least live there first before saying it here.

Complains like what? My speed is not as promised?

Mine is 1Mb/s package but direct download of a single 50Mb file took me 9 hours and speed is like max 5kb/s and min 0.0kb/s. Max speed of bittorrent is like 20kb/s max. Sometime can reach 50kb/s for at least a minute then died. What bout yours?

Aiyooo!!! TMNet do TMNet cheated you? Maybe and maybe not smile.gif

Why? Yes, if you cannot get the right QoS, upload & download rate and get the hidden cost...

No, if you not read carefully the agreement then you sign it in the first place !!! biggrin.gif

Do your home work. If you did , you'll notice that Starhub and Singtel do have lots of users complaining on their speeds and reliability. For your information , Singtel has issues with malaysian servers which are on myloca (they don't have a direct en-route) , plus they have couple of hiccups here and there. So your assumption is biased.

To the guy who voted for "No - Certainly No. TM-NET has been sincere in solving customer problems by always providing relevant solution."

I don't care who you are, I don't care if you work for TMNet or not, you have ABSOLUTELY NO HEART AT ALL !!

I used to use StartHub and very satisfied... surely faster than streamyx at its best...

Can SingTel or StartHub beat Streamyx that only offer inconsistence download speed of less than 10kBp/s where the line is 1mbps? brows.gif

Somemore always deny they got problems and it is the user fault? laugh.gif

I bet no many companies in the world got such thick face. Malaysia Boleh... TMNUT Boleh... laugh.gif icon_rolleyes.gif thumbup.gif

Guess why is that?

Not to offend you, but I can't believe someone blame TMNUT mistake on others... hahaha... Do you have direct interests with TM? hmm.gif

Think before you speak please. If we are able to access local servers almost lag free, why would our neighbouring country unable to do the same? It's obviously a flaw at the point when that ISP connects to malaysia. Plus, like prasys said, sucky routing.

Keep in mind that the current issue is on TMNUT... Why relate to others? Beside, if I am not mistaken, once the traffic reach Malaysia, it is up to the Malaysia truck and ISP to route, so again it is the TM-NET fault.

Anyway, sorry if you working in TM-NET and stress out for recenly increased complaits. You should know the reason rather than blaming others.
