Haiya, I thought what. It said that you must have RM35 minimum balance but they'll only deduct RM30 for the long life fee biggrin.gif

Oh, so RM 30 is deductible? smile.gif
Meaning if I reload RM 30 and activate this plan, my credit will become 0? unsure.gif

Anyway, when I port for my mum from Hotlink to DiGi will get free 1 year validity, so don't care about this first. laugh.gif
In 1 year time, DiGi will surely will come out with more attractive promotion. tongue.gif

Previously Digi has a promotion whereby if you reload RM100 you'll get to extend ya validity for 1 year and best of all the RM100 is credited into your credit. Means it's free. It was promotion during Merdeka month but was extended for 1 month before it ended.

Digi came up with that promotion, Hotlink tried to copy but the worst part is they charge the customers secretly. Not many of them realized about this. Pity hotlink subscribers. Desperate hotlink.

about number 7...
got a thread open recently in here about maxis have the S***KEST CS ever...

the CS for telco for me is DiGi... icon_rolleyes.gif

@acks2257 - i dont know bout your handphone... but for SE they got letter E (EDGE) or G (GPRS) above their network bar. in my logic it supposed to follow that.

Maxis CS sucks big time but whenever I call, at least they don't dare to raise voice with me. I guess if they do then I will make sure they get it. I can tolerate if they need time to check for more info but only if they are polite
If rude, no matter how good you are then you are definitely out..

for DiGi, they are strict in term of their call monitoring and the mindset of the company is different, they are more able to think farer from what I personally experience. They always put customer in first. This doesn't mean Maxis don't put customer in first but I just don't know how they really handle their own staff.
