Is digi really that good? I chat with a customer representative on D' Chat and they say they will credit back the amount left in my hotlink number to the new sim card once i switch.

No such thing, it is not true.

My little hometown - Port Dickson has 3G and HSDPA.
Celcom has the widest 3G coverage in Malaysia, you will be surprised if you area is covered by them.
I was surprised too.

all this while s**k my blood gao gao .. for sure before i switch i use all the credit until not even 1 cent left ...

It's true. Those who ported in on the Digi Stampede MNP day will get to retain their credits. If you have RM100 in Maxis, they'll manually credit back your credits once you've ported in to Digi

The day MNP was launched nationwide. It was last week or 2 weeks ago. Can't remember when. During that short promotion you are entitled to get your credits back once you ported in to Digi

It's called Stampede cause you get to see lotsa people dressed up in Yellow shirts walking around converting people to Digi.

i start using hp from 2003 ...
that time maxis is the best ... but digi simpack cheaper (so i bought digi which cost me RM68 while maxis i think around RM128 )
year 2004 i changed to maxis ... coz most of my fren using maxis and they asked me to change to maxis ...
year 2005-2006 changed drastically .. digi user is getting much .... its still OK for me
year 2007 ... i kena su*k by blood sucker until cannot tahan edi ( but still have to tahan coz if change number need to inform frens very mafan)
year 2008/10/27 ... this is the day , i got my freedom , i escaped from vampire ..

I was told 1-2 working days in order to get my line converted successfully but DiGi was too efficient for my case, it was activated in 10 minutes!

then after a while Digi will sms u " Ur line will be ported anytime , once the line with ur telco is terminated , replace ur current simcard with the new simcard "

Previously Digi has a promotion whereby if you reload RM100 you'll get to extend ya validity for 1 year and best of all the RM100 is credited into your credit. Means it's free. It was promotion during Merdeka month but was extended for 1 month before it ended.

i just went to maxis website .. they put up 10Reason  why u should change to Maxis .. its all crap
