QUOTE(llmcso @ Nov 10 2008, 07:51 PM) y he dont want to use, cheapest and best services and their coverage is much better than previous I don't think so. You go ask businessman around, all of them avoid Digi because they say service not reliable. Sometimes cannot call in, sometimes SMS delayed for hours, sometimes cannot call out. Sometimes no coverage especially outstation. Digi is good for people who look for bargains. As most youngsters are price-sensitive, this explains why digi is very popular among the younger segment of malaysian society, but bear in mind that this does not give you the real picture of the entire industry by and large.

QUOTE(sherlyn- @ Nov 16 2008, 12:34 AM) i got 2 main line and 7 suppline....with 5 hotlink number under 2name and under my control... total:14 numbers under maxis i just wants to know... if i port to digi can i swith to digi like 1main line+10 suppline=11 number + 1main line+2suppline? why don't you port 1 hotlink first to digi to 'try out' the service (most importantly the coverage at your area). Only then you make decision whether you want to port entirely to digi.

QUOTE(shinjite @ Nov 24 2008, 03:10 PM) You rarely hear only....you wouldn't know how many ppl have already ported out from DiGi itself be it prepaid or postpaid and FYI, DiGi has already reach the 1 million postpaid milestone, heard from a friend who is working with DiGi that's a very strong figure. looks like the telco industry is heading for a stiff competition ahead. You all can check out the offering of HK and singapore telecoms. It think we are heading that way eventually - 24 months contract, free phones, free calls, free VAS.

QUOTE(chematos @ Dec 27 2008, 03:25 AM) To eligible for SSFD (Supplemetary SIM For Data) RM 33, one need to subscribe voice+unlimited data package (example: DG50 + RM66 Data Unlimited in one phone number).....then Digi will provide one DOS for RM33 if we apply for it...
However...RM33 SSFD cannot be obtained if someone subscribe to principal DOS (Data Only SIM RM66) For further information....please browse digi.com.my or you can call friendly digi consultant ..... or use D'chat through OCS....for me I prefer D'chat because they are very helpful and trained...
Is it possible to subscribe to Digi20 plan + unlimited data package + SSFD ? How about credit card autodebit rebate? thanx

I used D'campus plan for its unlimited broadband, thought was RM30 a month maximum charge.
Started to use it around 12.30am 1/1/09 with credit RM82.08. I checked my balance around 9am ... it was RM29.90 .....
Why like that one?

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jan 2 2009, 10:35 AM) You were supposed to be charged with RM 30.00. You may call and ask the customer service, if it is DiGi's error you can get back your refund. called already, they promised to rebate back within 5 working days. Let's see how whether they keep their promise.
