Benda tu kecik punye hal, kalau lubang tu tak ditutup, boleh minta SC betulkan. Sebenarnya memang lubang tu tak ditutup pun kat kilang. Sebab sye baru jea ambil keta Chery 2 minggu lepas, salesman cakap memang kilang dah tutup tapi bila bawa atas 80km/j boleh dengar angin masuk dari side mirror tu. SC boleh rectify problem tu.

hu hu...nak tunggu 10000km pun lambat lagi ....tapi ingat hari sabtu nak turun SC PJ ....buat itu lubang side mirror tutup ....BUT ...I 've found out that AFTER I install DOOR VISOR ....the sounds tends to go OFF !!! any comments guys ?????

La tak buat lagi rupanya Mr Pres. Ingat dah buat. Sye punye keta sama jea walaupun dah pasang door visor.

Memang SC responsible tutup lubang tu tetapi pastikan rubber plug(cover) tu ada stok di SC sebelum u pergi. Bila I pergi SC PJ, stok belum ada. I covered with flashband temperary and bunyi angin masuk pun banyak kurang. Rubber tu jual di "Kedai 99" 50cent sebiji. Kalau tutup semuanya sendiri, at least RM40; bukan satu teh tarik!

Hi guys! Do u find the wiper jerking? If this happen for long time, it may damage the wiper and the wiper motor. Mine jerk once a while and need to spray with washer to smoothen it out. So happened that one sales assistant at J. Jusco explain to me how this problem can be solved and I find it very useful to all. Get yourself a tin of silicon spray(the one I've been introduced is MaxSilin), use a clean cloth and polish the wind screen with the silicon. After polishing, you will find that the wind screen is so clear and smooth while using wiper. I was told MaxSilin Silison spray can also polish off the water mark on the wind screen of old car.

Petua malam Jumaat ini mengenai punat-punat kawalan radio di stereng. Radio mempunyai 3 saluran FM iaitu FM1, FM2 and FM AST.
Satu saluran boleh di setkan 6 stesen, jadi kesemuanya 18 stesen FM.

Setiap kali ingin mengubah stesen, walaupun mempunyai punat di stereng, kita terpaksa picit punat di radio.

Jadi petua ini ialah untuk mengurangkan pergerakan tangan ke radio tetapi ia hanya berkesan untuk 3 stesen kegemaran sahaja.

Setkan stesen kegemaran pertama di FM1, yang kedua di FM2 dan yang ketiga di FM AST. Pasti ia stesen yang aktif bila sampai ke saluran tersebut.

Dengan menekan punat "Seek Band" di stereng, anda dapat menukar stesen antara 3 stesen kegemaran anda tanpa menyentuh punat di radio anda.

Jangan lupa juga setkan saluran AM ke "off" dengan mengunakan punat "SETUP". Jika tidak, semasa tekan punat "Seek Band", ia akan masuk ke saluran AM.

Kat mana leh dapat MaxSilin Silison nie? Hypermarket ada jual ke? Berapa harga?

I beli dari Jaya Jusco, Banyak supermarket pun ada jual. Lepas discount, I dapat RM13+ dari Jusco. I think silicon brand lain pun sama fongsi.

Agak2 kalau pakai Rain X sama gak ke macam silicon tu? TQ for your info.

Dulu saya pakai R-x, teruk sangat.....tak manpu cuba lagi. R-x agak bagus kalau tak guna wiper bila hujan dan kereta di pandu laju. Lepas guna Silicon utk Eastar baru ni, very satisfy. Cermin sangat clear and wiper sangat smooth. Just sharing my experience.

Today em going to SC PJ for service 10000 km. Beside that, em asking SC PJ to solve water leaking from at upper part of back door/wiindscreen but endup with answer - they still looking into it how to solve the problem SC said that there is a case before..and after doing this and that , the problem sill re-accour. I ask them to contact with chery in China to find what excally the problem . They ask to wait...but how long should i wait...every time raining , for sure there is water leaking into my MPV

Others pending problems
1.Aircon - front passenger less cooler that driver aircon. From time to time no matter what is the temperature is been set, front passenger will feel the air from blower only/not cool.
2. Even there is a rusting under plastic cover at right back passenger door
3. Scratch-at bumper- written note in Delivery Order when taking my MPV.

Eastarian, no worry. It only happen 1/1000 chance. Anyway, any buyer could have that chance even though other brand. I have a friend who bought T brand car worth RM150K had numbers of complaint and ended up busy with T.S.C. most of the time for more than 6 months. He is 1/1000 and he told me he dont believe car of such famous brand that cost RM150k has so many problems! We should prepare ourselves. When your car arrive for inspection, do it carefully. Take time to inspect yr car in details. If you are not satisfy with it, you have the right not to accept the car or ask them to rectify the problem found b4 taking the car. Check
1) run the engine idle for sometimes say 5 mins, check the engine any abnormal vibration, check the aircon, aircon fan, fan auto on/off. Also check if it will overheat. This can be done after test drive one round on the road.
2) test drive with auto and shiftronics; check shiftronics indicator. Also check the wheels alignment.
3) all light, indicators and warning sign on/off
4) doors alignment; put some water to check the back door(5th door). Prepare 1.5lx2 bottles of water for the test.
5) check the chassis/body for any scratches/dented; if you find any, see if it is caused by on/off load to/from the lorry.
6) any crack on the lamp covers. If you have time, check also the lamp reflector for crack. Just take a look inside.
7) scratches on the glasses.....look at it one by one closely.
8) interior fixtures; visual check and claim later for those fixtures.

All these might or might not happen, just prepare a check list. Take your time to check it one by one, no hurry and do not feel ashame to do so too. Many of us were so excited when the car arrive and that we just take the car without details checking. Because you are not familiar with the car, ask the salesman to show you item by item as in your list. This normally happen in the operation issues whereas visual check can be done by yrself. You will be provided a check list by the office and you should have your own list to remind you what to do.
