Tapi aku punyer kete ni stereng gegar la kalu dah speed 100 ke atas tapi kalu dah laju sangat 150 tu gegar dah kureng skit ... korang punyer samer gak ke.

Masa mula amik dulu keta i pun gegar gak bila laju, so balik suruh SC buat allignment (walaupun katanya dah buat sebelum i amik) dan balancing, semuanya FOC... alhamdulillah, sekarang tiada lagi gegaran walaupun hubby bawak 150kmj, cuma jantung i yg bergegar sebab i takut kalau laju sangat...

The other ideas is, ask Star Motoring to write about this MPV, Alado must ensure the test drive car must be in good conditions.. and let them write properly, that would be another way to promote this car... just like new H city, that has been 3 to 4 times Star motoring featuring him.

Our MPV? i never seen anything... not even newspaper promotions, brochure also got spelling grammar mistake, road show also go have it at hyper market and where not many people go one... No news letter?, No news at all... what are they doing? not serious is this business meh?

The company is not ready to take off yet. For a newly established company, they must do well in customer satisfaction. Have you received any after sales survey form or interview? This is the 1st step for the company to know customer satisfaction for their products & services and improvement need to perform. Immediate satisfying customer is the best way to upgrade sales. this is important b4 going into promoting the products.
We can share some promotion ideas but not b4 the company is ready; there are limitation! The MPV is assembled in most famous & advance assembly plant in M'sia and we yet to see the quality in assembly our MPV. I am not sure whether they are doing it on purpose.....
As I said, it takes time......no easy task!

For your info, they have been doing it all this while & it has been consistently advertised on the newspaper. My guess is the reason they are going to the hypermart as there is a high volume of family crowd which shops their household needs on random basis and also to capture all type of ppl's interest due to the convinient of parking spaces in comparable with shopping complexes. But i do agree we have to expose it to a higher level where they should capture more ppl's from all angle of life but recently i think they did a roadshow in 1-Utama which a fren told me the response was quite good.

Anyway, this forum has been a good avenue for everyone rite?

When I do the test drive at Puchong, the SA said there will be a new SC near IOI mall by this year. is true?

They should do more and more road show at highly crowded areas such as MVC, Pavilion, Sunway Pyramid etc etc.. organize a programme to really promote this car, i believe all of us have seen how New Honda City being launch through out Malaysia, it was like a car exhibition, all sort of programme being arranged to attract the crowds, not just setting out a small counter, few SA trying to pull people to see and to explain... that kind of arrangement, i find that is a bit undermined this MPV. This is a good stuff and have to really share out to the community..not to mentioned they have another closer competitor Proton is selling cheaper then them.... although cannot bit the engine size, but surely generally people still will go for Exora.. Why? .... perhaps they should think ... WHY?

Car magazine... i haven't seen any any car magazine really write about this MPV. what i have seen is a magazine which condemn teruk teruk the quality built... but really, Eastarian, is thier quality really teruk????? i don't think so, am i right?

I hate the tag line "poor man honda stream" that is the worst statement ever for our beloved MPV, and is published by a famous magazine..

What i mean, the company should STOP this type of negative statement being published, and try to promote diligently..

I say, this is " Wise man choice!" . People who know how to use money wisely.
No wonder they simply assemble our MPV in their plant lah!

the cheryalando.com website is a very bad impression for people want to know more about this car. they should upgrade this website. look at japanese brand like T. H. & N. their website is so nice.

Exactly, the website is very run down, the flash is so badly done, where the white Eastar flying diagonally. no info at all.

hope they can bulk up ASAP.. market is very competitive nowadays.

the SA @ puchong told me now have promotion. price at 87+++ come with full leather, dvd, reverse camera, vkoon tinted. or should i book the normal @ RM82888 only come with half leather sit. hope all the taiko can help

Experience on my 1st Eastar.. i did tinted outside, those people damaged my door clips and drag me so long, eventually need to go SC to settle. The 2nd Eastar I request them to do it b4 delivered, so far perfectly done, well i did not upgrade the package, only take the half leather.

Perhaps you can request them to break down the cost, i would said quite reasonable, sure got some minor mark up la..

Their original half leather quality is good to me, only door panel still with fabric, a bit easy get dirty, i believe their full package inclusive door panel leather.

Dvd + infra red camera -- look cool... i will do it myself later.. well, put it this way, if you eventually want to install, must well do it now as those accessories shop outside tends to damage other things when install if they are not careful.

if everything inclusive their package, i believe there should be factory warranty right!!!

I agreed with CNF. Ask to break down the price and ask them whether all these are factory fixed or outside accessary shop. I see there is a different of RM5k. If u r given VKool Secure, this is abt RM2800 whereas normal VKool is RM2000(quote by Soon Soon Prai for reference only.). As for reverse camera + dvd....not so sure which brand is given to u. If 5k for all these fixed inhouse, I think worth; at least save all the trouble and dealing with all damages if any.

I suggest u ambil yang basic punye. Sebab dengan beza RM5k macam-macam u boleh buat kat kedai akseksori. Kalau setakat DVD+TV+Reverse Camera+USB+MP3+Touch Screen u boleh dapat kat luar bawah RM1300. Tinted U boleh pilih Ray Tech harga below RM1k. Leather seat german made sekali ngan kulit pintu baru RM2800. Kalau u pasang dengan dealer keta, dia punye waranti adalah waranti kedai gak bukan waranti kilang.

will ask them to break down. half leather is ok for me too. others eventually i m intend to install also. will check it up and update you guys. read thru this forum, there are some hole that you guys mention. is the new delivered car already fix it? anyone just receive new car can help to update a bit

SC already awared of this and when the car is delivered for you to inspect, can always request them to check this point. According to one forum member, he said the holes are pluged and according to SC, most cars are unplug.
