Nak citer sikit ngan kekawan, masa sye pegi servis keta ari khamis yang lepas, apa yang sye perhatikan dia punye servis slow la. Sye sampai sana dalam kul 9.15 pg tapi siap keta kul 6 ptg. Bayangkan betapa lama sye menunggu. Tapi ada sbb la jadi macam tuh, sbb keta sye tergantung atas kren. Kren tersebut rosak masa diorang nak kuarkan minyak hitam. Adusssss.....tapi ada member kat situ datang kul 9 pg untuk tukar cermin belakang sebab cermin dia ada kaler2, siap kul 4 ptg. Sepatutnya siap awal tapi SC silap tukar cermin, sepatutnya belah kanan tapi diorang tukar belah kiri. Lawak2... Tak sepatutnya benda2 macam nie berlaku. Sye harap pihak SC perlu dapat lagi memperbaiki mutu khidmat pelanggan mereka. Sye punye defect kat keta pun tak sempat untuk direpair. Nasib badan.....

Added on March 24, 2009, 12:37 pmIye saya pun setelah 2 kali kete gi Service di PJ dan sekali emergency service ke sana memang rasa tak puas hati sangat. Puas dah complain ni...service terlalu slow sangat slow la...datang pukul 9 kete siap pukul 5....feh.... kebajikan customer pun tak jaga dah le dok menanti berjam2 kat service center. Harap SC dapat mengambil tindakan drastik. Harap sesekali orang SC turun padang gi ke Toyota Service center..at least belajar cara macam mana mereka utamakan pelanggan.

Btw for me alasan tak cukup mekanik, mekanik tak de sebab ada breakdown, terlalu banyak komplen masa service memang tak boleh diterima pakai coz jumlah pengguna Eastar semakin hari semakin ramai.

Hangin last service haritu tak reda lagi ni...

Added on March 24, 2009, 12:43 pmApa yang sye lihat, time rehat semua mekanik pegi rehat. Sepatutnya diorang kena ada shift la. Gilir2 rehat, baru la keja tu sentiasa jalan. Yang sye hangin tu, kita sye sangkut atas kren diorang tak inform pun. Hampeh... Satu lagi, sepatutnya diorang kena sediakan transport untuk angkut customer yang menunggu lama kat sana untuk bawa pegi makan tengahari. Dah la kedai makan jauh. HARAP SC DAPAT BERI PERHATIAN!!!

service center service is so slow

i went on Tuesday morning at 8.45 am - only 9.30 am they called me and i was the first guy

the car - normal service with small complaints was ready only at 3 pm - after bising bising

Chery center has got free wifi - but no coffee / tea - so kedekut

also food is quite far away - i suggest tapau something for the long hours

anyway they should do improve the service center

same story - not enough mechanics

Went to SC at SP to replace my fog light. Cost RM126+20. Very fast, 1/2 hr kautim. Maybe hit by small stone, the glass broken. This is the price to pay for when driven at high speed. Anyway, it's lucky to get the replacement parts easily.

When I was in PJ SC last Monday, I heard one relevent info for those fit with spoiler. According to info, there were already 8 cars rear screens broken. All of them fit with spoiler. One of the possible reason, those which fit with spoiler, people used to close the back door by pulling and pushing the spoiler. There maybe some other reasons, we might not know but all happened to those cars fit with spoilers. Anyway, those fit with spoiler, just take care the rear screen.

I agreed with you guys, Chery Alado need to improve its service and the company is trying to.....It is not easy to establish a totally new company/products with service outlets in all states. This is no easy job, pls give them time to do it.
If you guys can remember, the actual price for this Eastar is around RM90K. We are getting it for abt 7~8K discount. You know what, the discount is for the launching into new market; for people willing to give it a try and we should bear all this inconveniences.
We, as customer want what we want but I prefer to work out with the company give and take.
When I sent my car to PJ SC last Monday abt 10.30am with appointment made, I left my car there and went to shopping with my family. I counter checked with the SC when is the car will be ready and I took a taxi back to SC at the time when the car is ready. In this way, there is no need to waste time waiting at the SC. This way of arrangement is for reference only.

Nak la jugak aku kongsi pasal aku punye FC kat korang.

Isi minyak Rm110 ron 97 masa fuel warning indicator nyala.... bleh dapat 551 km

Pejalanan:

Damansara Damai ke Melaka (trafic OK).. pusing2 bandar Melaka skit.... balek semula ke Damansara Damai (PLUS jem cuti Maulidur Rasul).

Pastu balek kg Damansara damai - Jerantut ( Karak highway... layan bukit n koner) ..ngam2 sampai bandar lampu warning nyala.

Within 70km is safer side to refill the tank. According to user's guide book, once the indicator blink, the remaining fuel is less than 10L(if 1L can go for 10km, we can get 100km but this is not the case for our car) and it can go up to 70~90km depend on the driving habit. I notice that the indicator does not align to the lowest indocator line when we off the switch. This is where the tank really empty. Not like P brand car, the indicator can go far below the lowest line. My experience tells me never delay the refuel and try to go further milage, it won't work.

ps: when my car ran out of fuel totally, the refill was RM147 @ RM1.8/L or abt 75L. If 25cents/km for city driving, means we can have 588km or if 19cents/km calculation for long dist driving, means we can get 770km b4 coming to FULL STOP.

Amazingly, i have no reason not to buy this MPV.. although i m still not have big family... the fuel consumption is consider quite low for 2.4 L car..

You are right, we love our eastar. I have 4 members in a family and the 3rd row of seats is seldom use. So, the 3rd row is always fold downward and I bought a carpet to cover it.The carpet can protect 2rd row seat from being dirty and accumulate dust. It looks flat and nice too!

Sebelum ni i pernah tulis satu bar dpt 200km, i ingat satu bar lebih kurang RM30. Tetapi testimoni yg bagi bagi tu tak betullah. Last travel baru ni i cuba calculate betul-betul, hubby isi full tank kat PB dan balik kg. Kat Kerpan berenti isi sampai full semula. Masa tu indicator tak sampai satu bar pun lagi, isi dapat RM38.45 utk mileage 186.2, so actually i dpt RM0.206 per km (PLUS highway, average 120kmj). Hmmm... smliu, agaknya eastar ni nak kena bawak high speed kot baru FC dapat RM0.19 per km mcm u dapat...

ANY IDEAS to help and promote this car drastically ?.... seem that the HQ don't have any fantastic idea to promote this MPV, a lot of people still don't know, and still have negative perception about China products, Especially Chinese.. sorry to said that... the SC also not par to other brands...like T or H (Japanese brand).. long waiting hours, defects cannot solve etc etc ..........all the negative perception....

We as all CMC members must do something to help and assist them to promote the car and wake up the HQ, ultimately this will help us when come to resell value.. if this car is not getting popular in 2 to 3 years, we all gonna have problem to sell our car.. correct me if i m wrong, higher resell value is parallel with popularity of the brand and the car.

what shall we do? really must do something....

But what i want is to share this affordable MPV to all Malaysian generally.. because it is truly affordable like our Mr. President tag line..

I m eagerly want to push the brand and promote this car... apart from verbally promote to friends colleague etc etc.. what can we do?

Promosi paling berkesan kat Msia ni rasanya melalui tv3 (or kalau Chinese maybe TV8@NTV7). Kalau tv3 buat dokumentari like Majalah 3 pasal perkembangan MPV di Malaysia cthnya, then gi setiap sykt keta yg kuarkan mpv di Msia, tunjuk model dan spec, mesti lebih banyak rakyat Malaysia yang sedar kewujudannya. Eastar ni kalau setakat tengok kat jalan atau parking kat mana-mana, mesti orang ingat harga RM100 ribu ke atas, golongan marhaen macam i ni, kalau berkenan pun setakat kata cantik lah keta ni... lepas tu abaikan... tak mampu beb. So, kalau nak promosi betul-betul suruh lah pihak Alado iklan kat TV ke ngan harga sekali... tak pun amik ruangan iklan kat suratkhabar utama online. Kalau iklan kat suratkhabar biasa tu tak berkesan sangat... i pun tak perasan ada iklan kat suratkhabar sehingga diberitahu oleh seorang kawan...
