how bout Iams Kitten, i think 3.96kg-4kg is about RM6x.xx right. if money is the issue, then you can for iams kitten. u get 4kg by adding few ringgit. and it will last longer, since it is 4kg rather than 2kg.

I believe thats Domestic Long Hair (DLH), i don't think people will simply throw away pure breed birman hehehe.

tapi biasa nya bulu senang tanggal ni di sebab kan faktor makanan, "on heat" (gersang), parasites (kutu, ticks, lice)... shampoo ni jarang jadi faktor utama sebab kita mandikan kucing pun kadang2 saja, bukan 2 kali sehari kan.

rc babycat normally given for 4 weeks old kitten. which at this age they started to learn. it will be advantages for those who does not have mother (orphan kitten). i know rc babycat is too expensive. else you can try rc kitten or iams kitten or even science plan kitten .

kitten playing with litter and eat/lick them are normal. if your kitten is doing this, especially if it is a CLAY or crystal stones type of litter, please remove it a.s.a.p.

then you need to use newspaper as a litter. it's not easy to care for a kitten it's a hard job with newspaper, they will love playing with it, and make it into mess eheheh..

most kitten (average) will know not to eat it, but still love to play inside the box although there is poo and pee LOL.

Katty litter and Ketty Love litter is different. Ketty love litter is also good. i tried it before and also planning to change back to this, since the petshop near my house selling that now. just that Ketty Love clay sand is very tiny than most clay sand type. but still good in cover odor

if you already buy litter box but they don't used it, and still poo and pee on the floor... then... clean the floor, put the litter box on top of the poo and pee location that you have just clean. now if there is a poo, pick it up, and put it into the litter box.

get your cat/kitten, put them inside the litter box, let them smell the litter box, litter sand, and poo inside. then leave it. later you need to see where they poo and pee.

this is the way to teach if you don't have cage. if you have cage, then cage the kitten/cat with the litter box. let them pee and poo in it. if they did it right, then you can release. next time they will try to find that litter box.

Who say cats cannot live in group? Not all cats has territory problem. Only some of them do. But most of the time, territory problem comes on fight over their favorite spot. not the whole area. One point you need to remember, neuter and spay the cats will reduce territory problem.

Saya rasa kamu tak paham istilah pure breed kot. Dan etika breeding.

kalau ikut kan, kita kena jaga satu satu breed tu. kalau persian, dengan persian saja. mereka ni bukan macam manusia yang boleh kahwin campur2 bangsa. kalau persian di kahwin dengan breed lain. maka tiada nama nak di letak.

kalau mix, akan lebih di kenali sebagai Domestic Long Hair (DLH untuk bulu panjang), Domestic Short Hair (DSH untuk bulu pendek).

Kalau kamu ada persian campur dengan siam, makan anak akan jadi DLH. bukan persian bukan siam.

Kucing pure breed datang dengan sijil dari CFA/TICA.

kalau kucing kamu tiada sijil pendaftaran sah mengatakan dia kucing parsi, maka kucing kamu adalah Domestic Long Hair.

Saya rasa pun kucing kamu DLH biasa saja, kalau betul pure breed, kamu tak akan kawin campur punya lah.

i rasa dia tak tahu DLH, DSH, pure breed ni.

Sebab kebanyakkan orang bila tengok kucing bulu panjang je mesti PARSI. even yang kat tepi jalan berbulu panjang jadi PARSI

kucing kucing yang tidak ada sijil pendaftaran atau pengesahan dari persatuan kucing akan automatically di kategori kan sebagai Domestic Long Hair (DLH), Domestic Semi Long Hair (DSLH), dan Domestic Short Hair (DSH / kucing kampung).

Semua yang ada domestic domestic ni kira nya, mix breed. Bukan PURE BREED. pure breed ada sijil pendaftaran untuk semua kucing, malah empunya kucing tu pun mesti ada sijil pengesahan sebagai pembiak baka kucing.

Kalau kita jumpa kucing, rescue kucing, semua ni di kategori kan sebagai Domestic Cat (DLH/DSLH/DSH). Tak kira cantik, buruk, bulu lebat, bulu panjang, warna cantik, dan lain lain, mereka tetap jadi Domestic cat.

Di sebab kan ramai manusia yang tidak bertanggung jawab, kacuk baka kucing sana sini, itu campur ini, ini campur itu, dan akhir nya mereka tinggal kan kucing itu tanpa di kembiri kan, sebab tu kita boleh nampak kucing yang seakan akan pure breed/ pedigree berkeliaran di jalanan.

so jadi lah pemilik kucing peliharaan yang bertanggungjawab.

Jakim Malaysia already approved animal castration/neuter/spay in 2002

We have referred to the "Jawatankuasa Kemajuan Islam Malaysia" regarding the neutering of pets. Below is the "fatwa" issued by JAKIM (July 2002):

"All pets like cats and dogs are allowed to be neutered or spayed in order to maintain the health and welfare of both the animals and the community."

"Bahawa mengembiri binatang kesayangan seperti kucing atau anjing hukumnya adalah diharuskan dengan sebab-sebab tertentu iaitu bagi menjaga muslahat ummah."

After studying the messages of the aforementioned "mazhab"s and the medical viewpoint of the SPCA animal experts, 'JAKIM' has decided that neutering of cats for reasons of 'maslahat' is acceptable. It is in agreement with 'qaedah' (way) Fiqhiyyah which states "To choose the lesser of two evils".

dandruff can be anything, it can be "walking dandruff parasite", it can be ringworm, it can be kurap, it can be skin sensitive.

What did your vet give? Any medicine? Or nothing, and he/she just said dandruff? if yes, then i think you should go to other vet if the cat is not recover. All of this are annoying for your cat. you need to do something removing all, vet normally will help, but if your vet doesn't, then its time to change vet.
