girls, don't be stupid.

There is no such thing where you can EAT and LOSE WEIGHT at the same time.

Use your brain and think for once.
If it were true, everyone will be skinny.

wanna lose weight, nothing beats diet + exercise.
and no, when i say diet, i don't mean skipping meals.

need more advice, drop by health & fitness.

If your weight ballooned up so easily, that means the calories are nowhere to be burned or disposed off.

try this.

Have 3 sets healthy meals. Breakfast of bread and a hot drink. Lunch of white meats and veges ( no red meats ) or noodles ( without eggs ).
The usual dinner that is lesser red meats. If possible, let the red meats intakes lesser than white meats.

IF hungry in between meals, drink water.
Try to be 'busy' all the time. Find some time occupying hobbies.
Don't lounge around after meals watching television or on the computers.

Don't stay in air-cond room during the day, the idea is to sweat a bit.

Walks often, if its just a few flight of stairs, take the stairs instead of lifts or escalators. Walking in the evening, or walking whole day window shopping also helps.

i've never been on extreme diets before, nor starve myself. But the weight can be controls if there is balance of walking/constant moving around.

1. food is always under control, it's our food intake that we should control. meaning monitor it.
2. exercise.
3. it's not just a matter of late night yam char. it's about the general food intake.
4. losing 1/4 of your total body weight doesn't mean you'll actually be in tip-top condition. it all depends on how you do it and the final result, it's not just about being slimmer.

im a guy here, i used to be 88kg, im now 75kg constant, i started skating, well a sport that i love, then i cut down carbohydrate at night, no carbo at all which means no rice, noodle, biscuit as long as no carbo, no junk food, no soft drinks! i only eat protein and fibre at night. well i know it's kinda not good le but at night we don need much energy. To top that i eat 1 normal portion of carbo for breakfast before college, lunch half of normal portion and night no carbo at all... it's all about discipline... =) sometimes after night skating i will go home bath and sleep, too tired to eat too... plain control of diet and sports... i skate 4 days a week... btw the weight lost was during studying too... =) now 3 months break, work even worst... before work fat abit 77kg after 2 weeks of work without skating(due to minor leg surgery) also go down 75kg -_____- stress.....
