Just switch OFF, take out SIM card, clean the gold contacts, put it back, switch ON again. See if that works?

Added on November 2, 2008, 1:57 pmIs there a voice dial command on the E66? Like you press the side voice command button and say "Joe" and it calls Joe for you. I think it has for Profiles, Voice Mail and other built-in functions but how about phonebook contacts? Has anyone tried? I cant seem to find that function.

The voice tags are the same as the name/nickname saved in the contacts. To hear the voice tags, go to contacts, select Options> Play voice tag.

Can it be changed? Cos it sounds funny when i have "LYN.ck_spaceboy" (as an example) as the name.

Im not sure, perhaps you can play around and see if there's any options to change the command. But say for "LYN.ck_spaceboy", you can just speak "spaceboy" and it'll find the closest match as well as list down a list of closest matches. Still, I dun find voice commands effective enuf, I'd rather use my manual hand..kaka tongue.gif

the screen protector for the e66 is really difficult to find. I've asked around a few places but they don't seem to have em. my itchy hand pulled out the original screen protector and when i tried to put it back on, there are lots of bubbles... hehehhe...

and i would not suggest that anyone using e66 to go for phone protector as it would make the phone less class.... i really regret doing it.

cheras area lo. i think i can get the protector from Low Yat or sg.wang area. Cuz its fast moving for expensive phones. The rest of the stalls in Cheras area are all too small to keep such phones. they don't even have e66 for sale.

Does anyone know where i can find the "big head" to "small head" power adaptor or converter? I have the old Nokia charger (for 6680) with big head and i want to use it as spare for the E66 which uses the small head. I bought one from a store in Wisma Sentral but the connection was bad and it couldnt charge unless i hold it at an angle. Bad QC. Any recommendations for a good one?

it is better to get a new one instead of getting the head only.
