Why are you so concern with the communication log record over other specification? Are you trying to delete certain call records so your boy friend or husband won't know about it ? Naughty naughty .

I waited for the technician to come back from lunch last friday until I want to kill him. I was at Nokia Store Sunway at 3pm and I was told that the technicians were out for lunch. I was wondering why all of them can go out for lunch in one time Then they ask me to come back later so at 4PM I went back and check out the service center is still close so I went back around 5pm and they're still at lunch time when I ask one of the people working there.

I was so piss off and I tell them.. " I come here around 3pm and you tell me they're out for lunch and I come over at 4pm they're still close for lunch and now is 5pm you tell me that they're on lunch break? HOW can this be??? I have been waiting for almost 3 hours !!! " then they only bring me in the service center and register and ask me come back later to pick up in one hour time. After an hour no call from them and it was almost 7pm. I went back and the guy who register saw me only get his a@@@@ to take my phone out for me.

I have a really really bad experiance with Nokia Service Center.. Gosh!!!

cool down. i understand where ur coming from. well, can't really blame nokia...it's more of their workers mentality. you know, the infamous "tidak apa" attitude.

i'm sure there's some nice ppl working there in certain Nokia Service Centers.

but did your problem get fixed? any problems so far with ur phone?

File a complaint to the Nokia HQ in Malaysia and let them know your situation. Do you know the staffs name? Send all the names you know as well. Show them no mercy !!

I would suggest this too. File a complain and pinpoint those ppl better if u remember the names . Let them know that customers isnt suppose to be messed with.

This option aren't implemented for E66/E71.

after my 2nd repair, they have change a new battery for me... but it's didnt help... the battery is reduce 1 bar for every 3~4hours... full charge 7 bars can last for almost 1 day...

2nd thing is the display of my screen (light sensor) has some problem after my 1st repair ( they hv changed my hp's camera) somtimes the screen will become a bit dim than usual then it will back to normal...

i complained it to NCC during my 2nd repair, they hv changed the ribon and modular for the purpose of resolve the light display problem. after changing it, the problem is occur... thinking to send it to them for the 3rd time...

i think they need to change all the parts of my hp to resolve my problems....

Hmmm, could you explain more about your light sensor problem? If your phone still dim in a bright room, then your sensor could be the problem. If it dim the first time you took out from the pouch then it is normal.

As for the battery, speechless . Try format your phone and DON'T install any program. See if is the software problem or hardware problem. If is still the same, then you have a defective phone. Sell it only .

after lodge several complains to NCC via email, they finally appointed someone to called me personally to attend for my battery problem. they requested me to send my hp to NCC again for checking... well, hopefully they can found out the problem this time...

about the light sensor issue was the brightness of the screen will changes...suddenly very bright, suddenly quite dim... this problem occurred after my 1st repair.

P/S: Sell it?? for how much?? who wants a hp which has camera,ribon,module,battery changes for only 1 month old?? just now NCC can find an solution to resolve my problem la..

if you can prove that your phone continued three times service in a month or in short period, you can request a new replacement phone..

same kind of treatment i received in nokia service center in 1Utama. When i went in to repair my phone, they dun look interested at all, dunwan to answer my questions and layan other ppl there who wants to buy phone. Very bad attitude.

So, i emailed to nokia. telling them that shop damn kurang ajar. the next week i went back there, they were angels. hahaha... try it... it does work!

Hi! I've just started to use this phone a month ago
and I've encountered a problem which happens occasionally
the phone will usually hang when I tried to call someone
either I can't make a call or it will hang when Calling appears
is there a way to fix this?
