Yea, sometime 4, 4 1/2 or 3 1/3 but it depends. In a week I'll spend around 100 - 150 on grocery only.

My chicken breast is the Butterfly chicken breast.. Again, its boiled than simmer with veggies

Strict ?? Naa, Im just loving what I do.. If I don't keep my food clean Ill be unhappy, it is just my mentality. I don't get board nor tired. Dieting for me is much much cheaper than eating outside food.
