So basically, you mix all the veges together with the chick B and pasta.
Any sauce that you add into your meal? Besides that, how do you take your eggs every morning? Hard boiled? Tak jelak ke hari hari? For the oats with peanut butter, i tried it. All i can say it's freaking awesome. This post has been edited by LostInTr4nmission: Sep 23 2008, 11:17 PM |

Honey oats from which brand? I'm using the traditional Quaker Oats
I microwave 2 tablespoons of peanut butter for a minute to let it melt, then i add in the oats and milk and microwave it for another minute. After that, i add it 1 spoon of honey for flavoring. That's about it. |

I would like to try out your recipe as my consists of broccoli, button mushrooms, baby carrots and cherry tomatoes mixed with chick b and pasta. Any other ideas on what should i toss in? |

Your statement is too general to elaborate further. |

Is two sides of the tetek ayam worth 25g of protein?
1kg you'll get on average like 6 pieces of chick b so that's about 150g per piece depending on the size of it. This post has been edited by LostInTr4nmission: Sep 30 2008, 11:16 PM |

Junk food? Not all, some are considered cheat meals, not junk food
Theirs are even more nutritious and have a great range of variety. |
