100g of chicken breast has approximately 25g of protein, learned it from magazine.
Don't know this figure being derived though.

Is two sides of the tetek ayam worth 25g of protein?

1kg you'll get on average like 6 pieces of chick b so that's about 150g per piece depending on the size of it.

Mahalkan all those in supermarts?
Cos it's all cut up and packed properly and not forgetting that the mart needs to reap profit.

How many times do you take beef in a week?

Good question, usually I will only take beef during contest period. Sometime I like to mix it, but cooking chicken is much easier and faster than beef but beef will give me full and tight looking shape. Try it for yourself, eating beef only, fish only and chicken only, you can see difference.
