Good for them, They are hard gainer that need to gain.. thats why they can eat junk food.. My off season meal will start by December...

Ok let me explain the steps..

Step 1 : I cut the chicken breasts and dumb it in a boiling water...

Step 2 : After 15 - 20min the chicken become soft and I drain all the boiling water..

Step 3 : I add in some veggie than I add in some sos...

Step 4 : I smash all the chicken breast and the veggies together..

Step 5 : Than I put the chicken breast in the container and add a table spoon of olive oil..

Even my mom said that it looks like tuna....

The sos that I use is Kicap, than I add together with the veggies.. Than I add cili sos at the final step to coat the chicken and the veggies....
