Good for them, They are hard gainer that need to gain.. thats why they can eat junk food.. My off season meal will start by December...

Even my mom said that it looks like tuna....
The sos that I use is Kicap, than I add together with the veggies.. Than I add cili sos at the final step to coat the chicken and the veggies.... |
