See what happens when you hire 1 bad apple within your buisness, it can be only 1 write up like this hundreds of potential customers could be gone just like that in this age of forum blogging, this case may have 2 side of the story but the damage could have been done for a reputation which may have taken years to build. Treat them equally & never differentiate $1 customers & $1K customers, always hope that he will return in the future or recomend a friend of his who's into Hi-end stuffs possibly $10k setup.

Sometimes we have to tolerate customers who are 'irritating' but that's what customer service is all about as it's all got to be done with a smile even though we do not like it; just change the subject & go for a teh tarik with him-lah and discuss the amp costing $200 with him for the 10th time in 3 days, I think that's the name of the game than showing him the fu**-face.

From this thread we now know there are a few category type of ICE shops;

a) do only high end buisness above $2K, anything less show F***Face & ask customers to get lost

b) only layan with customers who comes to their shop with new cars or chun-chun cars value in excess of $100K, anything less, tak layan only if shop got no other customers.

c) all layan & try their best to get customers to part any amount from their wallets, high end, mid-level, low end & super low-end ayam semua ada.

Maybe have some other categories, maybe forummers can add.

Been gone for so time & I thought have been resolve already between the 2 original parties concern. Hopefully others' no 'tambah' sugar & spice anymore regarding this topic & let AG get-on with their proven 'track' of buisness-policy.
