GUys , how to activate the sms thing ? I cant send sms la...

I heard some saying DiGi D' Campus is offering better rate.
RM30+/month for unlimited internet usage.
But not sure is it limited to campus area.

This is what i do, might be working, or might not.
1)Send a sms to your own number to see can or not.
2)If can't, try make call to a Celcom number.
Still can't, restart your phone, do step 2) following by step 1)

sms back to ur own number.
been there, did tat , and everything ok edi..
and still cannot, call urself..
last option , call 1111.
they will tell u how to solve it.

if u use old handphone model, u need to enter sms service centre number manually

i am u.o.x user .. just now my fren offer me new u.o.x number , very nice number
i just wondering , what happen if i register my name on new u.o.x number because i don't want use the old u.o.x number ...

want to share my experience here...
i was trying to go to the celcom centre, to verify my UOX number...
i took lrt, and stop at ampang park...
its like my 1st time going that area...and i dont have any idea where is the centre..
since people told that its between there and klcc, then i trying to walk towards klcc.
later found menara citibank..enter it, just to figure out its not there. .now doubting whether its placed across the road or not...
that moment i was like "i am lost, should ask someone.."...huhu.
after a while walking, then found that building...what a relieve!!!
stepping into the door, then not sure where to go and what to do, like "should i get the number or not.."
decide just to ask the receptionist, at the very in front of the entrance.
tell her my problem, then she ask my number, then showing her my IC, and she said its done!
few seconds later, get message, and when i check my balance, the validity has extended until my 26th bday!!!
its only take few minutes to be done!!! (or maybe just few seconds!!!)
before, i thought i need to fill, the form, blablabla...hehe.

after more than 1 year become UOX user, now i have transform to real UOX user...

not sure about that, since the rule is one name one UOX number..u can use ur younger brother/sister then...hehe

so now can xpax port to UOX?

the answer is no. u have to register using little brother or sister name lo..
so sad..

LOL. ..where are u??KL?? just take putra lrt to ampang park, walk away to the direction klcc (u can see citibank outside the lrt station) about 5 minutes, the te centre is on ur left.

so far dont hear we can do that yet...
the only way is double porting.
from XPAX to others (ex:hotlink, digi...), then back to celcom, but under UOX.

is that a new policy require new u.o.x number to go to center , verified i/c and get extended until 26th birthday ??

Don't know.
But most UOX number requires us to go to centre to do verification.

For validity until you're 26.
If you didn't go for verification, you only enjoy normal xpax validity

yes, indeed. should be converted to xpax, if its still exist when u r 26.
need to go to centre for extending the credit validity, if u r still didnt get it.
before this, i only get normal validity (topup rm30=30 days, etc..)
i wait until my besday lost month, with hope that it'll automatically change, but nothing happen.
thats why i decide to go to centre, as what others do..

owh, it's troublesome~ to go to the centre just to verify.. hmm

i think this is because lots of ppl are using other ppl's IC to register for UOX plan.. according to celcom, only 1 IC for 1 UOX/SOX number..
If you lost the UOX number, you will have to go to celcom centre, you cant just get a new number..

Troublesome, I didn't know that. Anyone can carpool? I have no idea how to get there

cant. if you from other telco like maxis or Digi, its can.

This is a repeated question i guess.
Now can't change directly from XPax to UOX, but can first port to other telco (Except Maxis) then port back to UOX.
