to those uox user, i want to ask, what is ur simcard size?
mine is 64k, i think.
my prob is i cant open my simcard memory (phonebook, sms, etc..)
in my phone (SE).
while i can open it in my other phone (nokia)..
guys, please help.

Yours is 64k?
Mine is 128k already. So far no problem.
Try rubbing the golden part using eraser

is that 128-sim is the one u got 1st time using uox?or u have upgrade it by urself?
actlly i can open that sim memory on my old nokia phone.
but when insert in SE phone, it cant be opened..
i ask the SE shop, it said due to the simcard size..
is there such this thing (phone cannot read sim certain type/small size of simcard)?

check ur simcard..it should write there whether ur sim 64k or 128k

Most people's application form were not sent to the HQ, so you might want to reckon that the middlemen had lost you form or they were just plain lazy. Finally desperate people like me will head straight to celcom branch to settle things(usually people waited for 1month, but for me 1 week i can't tahan seeing the validity was not changed yet).

I am 19, after 6 years whether celcom has gone bankrupt or not I don't know, I just know that my line is active.

same problem as mine,expire date still same as normal xpax user..

will go to the celcom branch to settle down tis problem.

I got something to ask here......
I just bought U.O.X simpack last month.....
BUT Im just onli 15 years old......
The seller said no problem using U.O.X if you're <25.(I tot 13-18 is SOX)
I can use the the simcard to call and sms but the validity is onli for 1 month......
BTW...Can I go register to Celcom branch or juz buy SOX simpack????

u just bought it, no need to buy another one more...
its only one month, i use about a year until i get the long validity...huhu.
if u r eager to get the long validity ASAP, then just go to centre to verify ur number.

when i first time topup my uox , i just got 23 day validate
and i did't receive rm10 free topup like they said
why this problem happen ?

but i think uox is the best

to get rm10 free airtime, you need to reload within 24hours upon activation.. normally it will credited within 24hours after you made your reload..

for the validity, you have to visit nearest Celcom branches to verify your personal details.. dont forget to bring along your MyKad as a proof..

happy if cheaper if you only make very long call... if you make 60sec call for example, already 60cent gone

if UOX, the nearest is rm1.05/7 minutes.
i am sure not every call we made is more than 7 minutes...
