i got the free airtime through a reload. meaning that reload become a not normal reload?

Did you check the validity of your number is really until you are 26?
If not, then you have to go to Celcom center to validate your personal particulars before they give you the long validity.

no it says valid till 16 feb and thats when it expired. so i hav to go to celcom center myself? i thought i was just suppose to register in the shop i got uox from?

Coz celcom is not really commitment in provide the cheap rate to the customer

this is celcom policy, in order to enjoy special validity period u need to verify ur ic at celcom branches.. otherwise u only enjoy cheap rates but with normal validity..

only few of us enjoy special validity without required to verify our identity at celcom branch..

Yes, you need to go to Celcom Center to verify your particulars. When you register at the shop, you just registered as a user with Celcom.
Just produce your Mykard to them and they will verify your personal particulars. Immediately after verification, they will update their System and you will get your validity extended to 26 years old.

no laa.. the cheap rate edi got. only the validity remains

someone is bitter with celcom. i'm using UOX. so far i've no problem withh their service.. hehe

there are some reason why they required users to be verified by their staff first.. because there a lot of fraud made by users, for example signing up using other people IC without permission of the IC owner..

eventhough u provide mykad during registration.. but the mykad only verify by their dealer, and their dealer dont qualify to verify it on behalf celcom since they're not celcom staff.. and celcom only receive the photocopy of your mykad..

so that is why user (the original mykad owner) need to come to celcom branches (not celcom dealer), with their mykad, and must be shown to the celcom staff in order to verified.

then, do they open on weekend? i cant go to celcom center on weekdays coz i got class

Nope Celcom Center is based on Office hours.. Just went Jalan Ampang and got my account verified.. Now until 2016 !! Woo!!

Yeah, everyone is ok with that. Only sometimes there's glitches about their services. Mine is always have failed delivery message every once in a while. And recently its getting worst. Just my previous post about it. It still happen every now and then.

if sometimes can still accept, but if happen often ofcoz laaa not good . so far that doesnt happen to me yet

I have one question, would you rather get new 018 number for free during registration or pay RM50 to get 013 or 019 celcom number? Thanks.

Get the one with nice numbers. Later you can mnp to other telco if you don't like the current one.
