Just go to any Celcom centre or Blue Cube to get your number ported to U.O.X.

So far only DiGi and Happy offer online MNP. smile.gif
Others still require walk-in to the respective centres and dealers.

the one thing that take my attention the most bout uox is the flat call rate 15cent/min to all network.. now im on digi, not having any problem with it rates but digi coverage is so so very weak n not stabile if outside klang valley or any urban area...

Undeniable, U.O.X. is the best bet for prepaid. If I have a spare prepaid number, I'll opt for this too. smile.gif Cheaper call rate with longer credit validity.
Nevertheless, the only cons of U.O.X. is the age limit. However, I believe by the age 26, one should be able to afford postpaid or any other higher priced prepaid plans. smile.gif

reload rm100, got free rm50 but valid till 4 march.. worth or not?

need to finish rm50 within one week.. no airtime transfer allowed.. and with extremely cheaper call/sms rates (UOX plan), it is impossible for me to finish rm50 free credit within one week.. sigh

just reload rm50 lah. RM20 free credit still difficult to finish rm20 in one week
but still manageable i think!

I don't know where to forward this trouble I'm having with Celcom UOX. I've already sent an email to careline@celcom.com.my and currently waiting for their respond. The problem I'm having is started last week when I somehow know a girl and started SMS'ing her everyday *before this I rarely SMS'ing unless its something important cause I'm a looser with no girlfriend.. tongue.gif* I started having this failed sms delivery occasionally *though it delivered later with few minutes or even hours late* but got worse yesterday. Every sms I sent failed to deliver by celcom until it received by my friend this afternoon. And this friend of mine receiving all the same message that I sent a few times because of the failure.

And it still happening today everytime I replied to her. You know, its like I'm in the Lake House movie or something. I replied to her message but failed again and again. Then she replied to my late message, by that time I already lost track which message is which. And its really suck. *and its my innocent handphone who received the wrath feeling from me or is it its fault?*

I know UOX is for a low budget students like me but does that given every rights for them to provide a suck service like this. Hell, no. I really like Celcom UOX but this just suck big time. And I was wondering if I'm the only person having this trouble?
Can please someone from Celcom explain waht is happening here? Is it because your company upgrading a line/cabel or something?

if u ask me, i face the same problem.. but only sometime.. usually at 9pm to 10pm... but most time, no problem.. every sms delivered on the spot..

maybe something wrong with your line.. i think you can call directly to 1111 careline (its free), and complain to them.. because if email it take couple of weeks to response lol..

I started to get the failed delivery every time I'm sending a message is about 2 am last night and last until about 5 - 6 am. Isn't that the time where normally people asleep. Now that all those fail delivered sms is finally delivered the messaging back to normal again. Haish, hopefully it won't happen again.

Maybe Celcom is doing upgrading work near your area during that time. They pick the least busy time to do upgrade work and that time is midnight
