hey bro... i guess u will have to use a newer software to detect the temp as ur tjmax is 95 only... pls use coretemp 0.99.3 or realtemp 2.75 onwards icon_rolleyes.gif

I think for the non extreme 45nm quad, it's 100. Might as well get the latest cpu temp software. I set mine to 100

erm....actually it shud be around that kinda temp lo if its not in aircond ambient.... what is the load temp anyways?

maybe u shud try remount the heatsink n reapply ur TIM if u are not satisfied

slightly on the higher side i would say. maybe reapplying thermal paste and re-check whether if your HSF has been sitted properly would be wise. are u sitting in a non air-con room?
