Heatsink clogged with dust? Clean it...
Maybe the fan bearing or lubricant is out....change it to new one...

Cooling efficiency dropped, forcing the fan to run on max which causing all the noise.
2 years never clean? Is better you clean it.
Bringing it to computer shop will result to get your throat cut, bring to motorbike repair shop, pay them rm1-2 and use their compressed air to blow your CPU nicely.
I'm doing this regularly once every 3 months.
Then get CM's Sickleflow X fans, guess should be rm25-30.

Just for lawls,

leroy627/CM Extreme Fusion X1/Intel Core i7-5820@3.30Ghz (0%OC) /1.002V/Cooler Master V8/39C/65C/Non-Airconditioned/Prime95

Anyway, @Easternbadge would be my brother, I took his V8, and upgraded most of the parts, I think it is lapped, you can't un-lap, right?

Gonna OC it in December

Quick question, is it worth upgrading to water cooling? I don't mind slightly hot temps

Hi guys, finding a laptop cooler here. Recently i've seen cooler that is placed at the laptop outflow vents, and it acts as a vacuum to suck the hot air out. Any review on this? is it reliable?

Does anybody have any problem fitting heatsink on a skylake cpu such as bending etc? Any precautions that I have to follow before/after installing one on that cpu?

Hi all,
Need recommendation for 14cm fan with bearing that performs with horizontal fan placement. Preferably silent type.
