If it do faces heating prob, wat is the best wat to cool it???

not really hot... for me is ok after install the new BIOS.
some ppl feel very unconformatable to the heat, 40-60 or highier ...

use suitable cooler or room condition effect the heat too ...

Actually i like more dell xps studio 13 compare to xps studio 16, i hate wide monitor!!!!!!!!!

I am wondering y would dell make studio xps, sounds like a hybrid of xps and studio...
I like more xps, the matter i am not going to buy xps is because xps dun have ddr3 ram...

When would dell implement ddr3 ram in xps?????

I though they are using DDR3 on studio xps 16 already.

that's becuz Dell has Alienware, and the market for both XPS and Alienware are too close...

now Dell will formally bring in Alienware as part of Dell, not as a separate company...

so Studio XPS is needed to fill the lower and middle end of XPS, while Alienware take the high end market...

and juz for ur info, another name for Alienware laptops is XPS Extreme...

Y would Dell make the studio xps looks so elegant???? I hate elegance, i wan it to look more rugged and tough....or look more simpler like alienware ripley's chassis..

May b like a whole chunk of aluminium chassis and a small dell logo at the center....possibly looks like macbook aluminium chassis.

Simple always serves the best...

if you're really think dell is that bad on customer service, you're consider lucky you didnt buy alienware directly from them before it's owned by dell. google alienware customer service and you'll know how bad is their support. you might even more pissed off considering your troubles given from oversea.

Potential buyers take note; 9-Cell (85WHr) Li-Ion spare primary battery is available for purchase under "Accessories My Dell" -> "Additional Power".
Will cost you RM 680.00

Spare battery yes, you'll still need to get a 6-Cell Li-Ion one to start off with; in other words to get the 9-Cell battery, you'll have to purchase both 6-Cell primary and 9-Cell spare primary battery.
