First shot has great sky... but too little of it. If you intended a silhouette/shadow effect, you should consider 2/3 sky and 1/3 buildings (or even 3/4 & 1/4). So much of the road is unnecessary.

KTCY..how much you can get D60 kit + SPB600 flash?I ask around Ampang Park yesterday, the cheapest is RM2720.. RM1950 for the D60 kit (forget to ask what item got free) + RM770 for the flash..still poisoning my mum now! but my mum said wait after final exam..since now my bro is going to Dubai to become a chef there for 2 years, my parents no money now.. But a promise is a promise..can't wait to get my D60!

Should I get the D40/D40x or the D60? I'm going to the KL Photography Festival right now and I can't decide. Can ya'll please state the prices of the cameras including the kit lens so I know how much to expect. Thanks, urgent!

IMO, if you have a little bit extra cash, get the D80 Body Only (2k) + Whatever lens that you like (i.e. 18-105mm @ 1k). Total damage 3k only.

Otherwise get the D40 kit set... very very cheap... maybe around 1.4k?

manual focus on a moving target. woohh i'm getting good at this. hahaha!!

What do you think of 2nd hand 1 month old D60 body can be sold nowadays ?

does Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 can AF on D40x?

I am not sure mate... might wanna do a search on other photo websites, otherwise call one of the few stores that will accept a trade in and see what they offer you. Usually the actual price you can sell for is slightly higher.

No it does not AF. ALL Lenses with "AF-S" will AF on the D40/X/60. Anything without "AF-S" will not.
