Hi everyone.
I juz got myself 2 robos one month ago. 1 male and 1 female. After I read all info bout robo on the net, I decided to split them away from each other to prevent early pregnancy. When i put a splitter in the middle of my Habitrail Playground, both of them started to go crazy and climb here and there, and even did some spiderman's stunt on the ceiling of the cage. When i took away the splitter, they went together again and hugging each other, and stopped the "berserk" mode.
I bought both of them from a petshop in pj seapark, therefore i din know how old are they, and the male is about 30% bigger than the female. Now the male is growing faster than the female after I gave them smoothie 1 week ago, but i'm sure that the female ate more.
Do I really need to seperate them now?

sorry to be straigh, all ur syrian need alot of nutrition URGENTLY. they are totally not well feed.

if u can affort actually its good to bring home 1 more male n 1 more female.. so each of them hv a play mate

Do you all know any place that i can get robos? Planning to get another cage as well, therefore not going to spend more on robos' price tag.
I bought them at rm25 each. I went pet family in tmn mayang b4, and their robos are at rm38, some more look oily and wet, i suspect got mites
Want to buy new pair at different place to prevent inbreed. Any place nearby PJ or sunway that sell affordable robos at around rm30? Or KL city area also will do.

I think my hamster is smelling of elephant....not a hamster.

It's strange, usually she smells fine but now she smells like gajah poo pulak.

I think your hammy been sleeping in her toilet... Just give her a nice sand bath or wipe her with a wet towel soaked with Oxyfresh for better rid of the smell.

Poor mecool. Kena in new V10 But I do have to agree that his syrians are too skinny. Need to give more food especially fresh veges or better yet Nezu's smoothie before their growth spurts end. Anyway I think their fur it not fully grown?

same thing happent o my robos. the smaller one become spiderman climb until the top of the cage. dont know how he learn that also...

yeah...i'm giving them smoothie--red devil...everyday since last week...the small glass container in tank is for the smoothie...
n i'm giving them white egg also...n mealies of course...

the smoothie 1 morning,i evening...mealies afternoon...
white egg every friday...n some green vege while giving them smoothie...
a lot of improvement already actually...if not---the black 1 is more smaller....

not kena laaa...but i've said so rite???i've got 3 small baby...1 month already,i dun no wut to do more...hahahaha....i'm giving them the best while i'm holiday whole 1 week...not even meet my fren yet...
my mom also bising already...wake up sleep wake up sleep---all about hamster....hahahaha....

Hehehe... You can do what Nezu and sangels do. Syringe feed your hammies to give them equal portion of the food. Currently Nezu is syringe feeding smoothie to her fatsoso.

oh...good idea too....i try feed them using that tonight....now want to hang out with fren...huhu...any other food can i feed them????i currently feed them dry food delikate---i noe not good--but need to finish it also...but i do mix with some prestige<jz bought last monday>n some britter bunny.....they seem to love the britter so much...can i give them extra???

You try the recipe Nezu gave in the last few pages of V9. All those grains and nuts are very good.

You can give raw cashew, pumpkin seeds nuts also. They will love it.

no canot replave staple food with britter bunny. maxi u can mix 1/4 bag of britter bunny with 1 pack of prestiege (or other brand about 800gm). we only need the biotin n beta carotein in the britter bunny. take it as 1 of the supplement. not their main diet.
