Hi everyone.
I juz got myself 2 robos one month ago. 1 male and 1 female. After I read all info bout robo on the net, I decided to split them away from each other to prevent early pregnancy. When i put a splitter in the middle of my Habitrail Playground, both of them started to go crazy and climb here and there, and even did some spiderman's stunt on the ceiling of the cage. When i took away the splitter, they went together again and hugging each other, and stopped the "berserk" mode.
I bought both of them from a petshop in pj seapark, therefore i din know how old are they, and the male is about 30% bigger than the female. Now the male is growing faster than the female after I gave them smoothie 1 week ago, but i'm sure that the female ate more.
Do I really need to seperate them now?

Do you all know any place that i can get robos? Planning to get another cage as well, therefore not going to spend more on robos' price tag.
I bought them at rm25 each. I went pet family in tmn mayang b4, and their robos are at rm38, some more look oily and wet, i suspect got mites
Want to buy new pair at different place to prevent inbreed. Any place nearby PJ or sunway that sell affordable robos at around rm30? Or KL city area also will do.

HI everyone, these are my robos... The smaller one is the female, and the bigger one is the male.



Just got them one month ago, so far haven't let me handle them yet. The female can let me touch, but always think that my finger is the food, and straight away nibble it. And the male one always dash... dash... and dash even if i touch him a little bit.

I'm still thinking whether to let them continue staying together or not, I don't mind getting babies but I'm juz worried bout the early pregnancy will affect her health... Does anyone here knows about the side effect of early pregnancy? ....

TQTQ... i took them using my SLR camera... u can see the small one started to run because i sticked the lense into their cage...
Aih.... it wud be better if i can snap them while holding them on my hand... but i have faith!!!!

Anyway, how long did all of ur bedding can last?... I'm using chippsi apple(i knew it's wrong, but try to finish it... ), and it can only last about 2 weeks, and I've toilet train them. Anything that can last longer? Will the Classic be the same as well?
Because changing the bedding for them is very tough job for now since they dun let me pick them up, i gotta open the tube connector and lure them into a tmp cage...

erm... icic... then i better move them away from each other soon. So, now i need to search for another shop that sell robos in different bloodline around RM30 or less... Or any LYNer selling?

Hehe, I've already cut a mineral bottle to scoop them out after i spent 20 min juz to lure them out from the cage.
Yaya...looking at jayniel's thread now, seems like a great seller and breeder... but dunno my gf will agree to let me add another 2 robos or not... hehe

True also... later throw me and my robos out.... then that time i'll need to go to the adoption thread ady....hahaha

How much is a 1.5ft tank ar?

But DIY very hard to find fully transparent box... only the guppy tank is fully transparent.

I'm using a habitrail playground now, if i use the 1.5ft guppy tank, how am i gonna stick the bottle on it? how u all put the bottle? super glue? or poke a hole and tie it?... coz the sucker came with those bottle doesn't seem reliable... i tried once on my playground also, drop down very fast.

How old is ur robo? As big as mine. But the coat a bit wet though.

Sometimes they'll juz playing or sleeping on the sand. Juz make sure they really roll on the sand. And also, make sure their sleeping places are urine free, else they'll sleep on their own urine.
Like my habitrail playground, got one extension yellow box outside the cage, they like to go there and kick off all the bedding and sleep there, and most of the time sleep there together with their urine and poo, therefore i remove the extension.
Another thing, they will not bath in the sand if they poo or pee over there many times. U'll need to change new sand in order to let them bath.

I want one.....!!!!!

hehe, i'm hunting for another male robo... it wud be nice if it's a wf robo... wuahahahah....
btw... wat if i try to breed a wf robo with a normal robo... will the white face be the dominent gene?

You must have faith. My robos also same case like you, never let me get a hold, and one the female always thinks that my finger is food, and start nibble it. But when i tell her off, she will stop nibble.

Even if you are busy, simply pass by their cage and say hi, and sometimes my robos will climb up to the cage and star at me. Juz let them remember ur smell... Gambateh neh~~~

can robo be alone in the cage?... i got one pair now, but gonna seperate them after i cod with jayniel for another female(and she only got one), so it will be 2 female in a cage, and the male in another cage alone. I dun wan to get an extra male from the same shop i bought the first pair.

Got my female robo from jayniel this morning... tamed female robo...
But when i try to intro her to my current pair, the female that i got from jayniel seems panic and screaming at my current pair, then hide at the corner of my cage. And whenever some robo go near her, she will scream and attack....
What shud i do now?... My intention for getting another pair is to split them up by sex... now ended up the new female robo in another cage alone...

I do put them in a new tank which i purposely bought for the sex seperation, but ended up my old robos wanted to play with the new robo, but the new robo tot others want to bully her, then i can see 3 robos constant running here and there in the new tank. |||

still prefer my robos... wuahahaha... unless robos comes in panda... how gud it is....
