so i tried to adjust the blades, still wobbling
tried to adjust the pulley, still wobbling. now when i look at it, it's worse
and my brown and blue cable fell out of the connecting board because it's not secure. i might just buy another connecting board to use. it's hard when to get it secured when it's stuck to the pole.

can the wire not send enough electricity if not all the little wires are connecting? the way i connected is like... i'm afraid it'll fall apart again.

sigh. there's a ticking sound now.

At the element14 MY online store
Wago 221-412 , just buy 3 biji per fan

Impossible for proper spec 1.5mmsq cable to fall out.

Do blades have numbers on them??

Use your own labels, in a way juggle the order so that it won't end up like a bus where everyone sit on the left side only

OK fixed my fan. The safety cable was caught on the pulley.

Bought the connector clip. Then will climb up again and fix one more time.

My KDK where I changed the PCB, the buzzing sound is back at speed 2 and 3! Softly but it's there.

when i watch videos of overseas ppl and their ceiling fans, they don't have a box and the ceiling fan is close to the ceiling. What's the point of malaysians always saying the fan needs to be in a box?

the connector clips came yesterday but the wires didn't fit inside. So I stripped my blue and brown wires more and just looped them around the metal plate connectors I bought the other day. I feel much better now knowing it's more secure.

I had a lot of trouble getting the DC driver to sit nicely in the canopy holder this time. But now my fan, while still a little wobbly, is silent. I tried to balance with the kit but didn't know what i was doing and really don't have patience.

some times when i turn on the deka, it makes a grinding noise and the canopy vibrates for awhile before it starts up. What is happening here? Is it the DC driver that's actually making the canopy case vibrate

Unlikely for a single ceiling fan to cover every corner.

Is it easy to change the KDK regulator fan down rod? Right now, I think my downrod is too long so when the light is on and the fan is on, it causes this flicker like the fan is in the light's way

I think it is better to reposition your lights which I think is too near to the fan.

Is not difficult to replace but depending on your length requirement, a shorter length from original may not fit the two covers.

I think i'm an old school people not looking at fancy design but rather functionality. I got 8 ceiling fans in my house, all KDK brand.
3x Sensa 5 K15Z5-QEY - RM600+
2x K14Y2 - RM400+
3x K14YZ - RM300+
Those are the price 7 years ago.

2x Sensa 5 K15Z5-QEY and 2x K14Y2 is considered use the most with weekday roughly 4 hours per day at mid speed, and 12 hours during weekend served me for 7 full years now (accumulated 12k+ hours per fan), without having a single issue, not even bearing/vibration noise, speed wise remained same as new without capacitor change.
The cheapest K14YZ sometimes is noisy due to cover rattle and those were seldom used anyway.

So you get what you pay, but at least i have no regret with KDK fan, those are 'real fan' doing the job that supposed to do, my relative/friend who use those fancy/decorative fan already change at least once in 7 years due to noise/motor malfunction so at the end the cost even higher.

I bougbt 5 kdk regulator fan 5 years ago and only 1 encountered noise currently.

Early this year, I bought 2 Pana Nami fan, no issues so far.

My other 2 Pana 5 blades fan (forgot the model) since 10 years ago starting to show some sign on and off. Time to upgrade.
